EDITING TO ADD-Look that this offices response. It’s so unprofessional and ridiculous. If they delete, I can always post it. They managed to call me after my review and tell me I was over $400 due for a refund. Funny that happens AFTER my review. Bet I would’ve never been told that info if it wasn’t for my post on here. It’s also funny the response was made almost exactly after Dr. Wood left- she was the only positive part of this place. Wish she was staying local. I HIGHLY suggest staying away from this practice.Dr. Wood was FABULOUS. Any questions I had she answered, I felt so comfortable with her monitoring me and my child. She made my labor so comfortable and motivated me to keep going. Postpartum wise she has continued to stay on top of my blood levels and everything else. She has been an absolute dream of a doctor! However the low rating is due to the staff in this office- that’s another story. They don’t answer the phone 90% of the time, they requested my global fee for the delivery at 10.5 weeks , it was due a couple weeks after. (We are talking almost $2,000 they expected me to just pull out of thin air - not sure why you don’t get more time to pay this..More times than I can count did I see the front desk staff being HIGHLY rude and disrespectful to patients. I have been directly billed at time of service for ultrasounds 2x when my insurance paid it out, still awaiting my refund for the second one I paid for out of pocket. I once waited almost 2 hours to be called back and another hour until anyone came in to see me in the room. The place is a disaster overall and I will be switching for my gyno care as well as any future OB care.

I went to this office as a first time patient with, and was so nervous. The staff immediately put me at ease. They were all so friendly and helpful. I am beyond grateful to everyone here. I knew going in that things were going to be difficult. Thanks to everyone for taking the time to listen, I know that I am in the right place to get the proper help that I need. I highly recommend Florida Womens Health, LLC to any woman. They are the best.

I saw two different doctors there, and they were both great. But the way the office is run is awful. I had a procedure done that I was never told the pricing for until I arrived. And it was expensive. So I didn’t have the money at the time. Then, I had another expensive procedure done, where they told me I could pay half up front, and then they would bill me. They claim they sent me 3 bills, I only got one, and the bill itself said it was current, yet 2 weeks later, I get a bill from a collection agency. They also tried to charge me for a no show visit, even though I never made an appointment. And they somehow scheduled me for 2 appointments that I never scheduled. And now, after paying the bill from collections, they dropped me as a patient for “non compliance”. Whatever that means.

This practice is amazing! You are greeted by the warm and friendly front desk staff. Very efficient and thorough care given to each patient. I did not feel rushed and all my questions were answered. The check out process was seamless and easy. If you are considering an OB/GYN practice, please consider Florida Women’s Health.

I had a new patient appointment today and this is hands down the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered! The atmosphere was pleasant and calming. Everyone smiled and laughed. Very personable. Would highly recommend this office for any OB/GYN needs!

Words can’t say enough about this place! They are so compassionate & professional. I feel like an actual person in this office. From the first visit I felt heard. I also love when I walk in the receptionist looks at me and politely says hello to greet me. I can’t tell you how many places I go these days where they don’t stop to acknowledge the person in front of them. So this was refreshing. Also anyone that has treated me has been so cheerful. You can tell the staff in this office want to be here which makes me not dread my appts. So thank you!

If you plan on having a baby and go for ultrasounds and have a miscarriage right away don’t expect your money back or a phone call. You have to pay for the birth of the baby within 8 weeks and it’s done in a few payments. Obviously if you have a miscarriage you aren’t paying for a birth and refunded the money . I got a bill and was told was not correct ignore it and never got refunded after the first visit . Called multiple times after getting bills and 7 month later now in collections because no one can return calls. When calling they ask you if you have questions about your bill after stating a manager IS /should be calling still waiting for the last 4 months . Maybe this review will make someone actually call and refund me the money but doubt it. Charged for things that didn’t happen told it didn’t cost that much so why does it matter . I did like this clinic at first but after this I won’t be going back since they can’t even respond to patients or have any idea where the money is . Extemely disappointed.

Our ob decided to leave end of the year and we paid in full and now we might not get a new one in time and will have to pay more out of pocket if they cant find a new one. So basically you wont return calls/do your work properly because they are leaving and dont care about the job aka the women who were promised care. What care is this, you cant hire someone new before getting a new ob? So basically scam us for our money then not tell us that they are planning on retiring and we should find a different place to have our check ups.

This office had a full mailbox you couldn’t leave a message in for the first month I was here. One time it took me 2 full days of calling to get a hold of a human being. Wait times were upwards of 45 minutes. My doctor was fine, she wasn’t mean or rude necessarily. But in this office you are a number. Don’t bother trying to ask in depth questions or have an actual discussion. Visits are a few minutes and anything more, you can visibly tell you’re being an annoyance to them, and they get frustrated. The kicker was getting referred to MFM for a follow up ultrasound for the tech not getting enough pictures, that could have and should have been done at any normal ultrasound place. When I arrive they tell me my provider would have never sent me here “unless there was a problem with my baby” which was 100% not the case. I left that day and never came back. The lack of communication is just awful. Side note: They push the Covid vaccine on pregnant women. HUGE red flag. I’d recommend only using this place as an absolute last resort.EDIT: My name isn’t on file because I got married shortly after I left this practice. Thankfully our primary care physician sent my wife to Florida Women’s Health. They methodically went through a battery of tests, identified the issue and corrected the problem. The health problem required numerous visits and overnight surgery. Thankfully my wife is effectively cured.The staff took great care through the entire ordeal always with a smile, reassurance and excellent professionalism. Liana our PA was amazing in every way. She always made us feel we were in the best place we could be for the care my wife needed. Their team was prompt with appointments. They took their time to make sure we were informed properly and we never felt rushed. We always felt like we were in exceedingly competent and experienced hands.I spent the better part of a decade visiting and working with hundreds of medical practices and their offices. I can say with certainty this practice is one of the best run I have encountered.My wife and I both cannot say enough good things about Florida Womens Health and recommend them without reservation. If I could give a sixth star for the review, they would get it.

The staff here a FL women’s health are so helpful and patient. I can’t imagine how many patients they see daily, and each time I come they great me with a smile and provide the best care. The ladies at the front desk are awesome and willing to help with any billing or procedure inquiries.

I only have a small complaint your bathroom was dirty. I was so happy that you took the time to listen to me when I said my blood pressure was high due to the birth control. I havent had a problem with the blood pressure since you changed the birth control. You were a lifesaver my normal doctor never caught it! Thank you very much!

Before , During ,and After dealing with florida womens health has been a NIGHTMARE the worst part of the pregnancy was dealing with florida women’s health, not giving birth! while promises get broken (like doctor woods going on vacation) they also are charging you more then anyone in florida for subpar service, 1 hour + wait times EVERYTIME all to get the doctor to see you for 3 minutes . and then almost 2 years later they find out they overcharged my wife Arianna boersma ( if i didnt give a name you would have just said no record found but now youll say you cant discuss anything) and then cancelled the refund several days later!!! Before i called in to florida womens health i almost guess word for word exactly what they were going to say “its gone through on our end give us some time to talk to the credit card company.. blah blah my credit card company confirmed it was CANCELLED by florida women’s health this is the most sketchy health service provider ive ever encountered and that is saying a lot i truely believe evil spirits are at work, what eles would prey on women like this.

For something that was not pleasant to go through, they made it not so bad. Everyone was kind and walked me through each step I would be going through. Insurance dictates so much on next steps most of the time, which complicates things for the office and the patient. What gets approved and when next steps can happen. Healthcare is complicated these days. The office did their part on getting things done faster than usual - which I appreciated more than they could know.

If I could give it no stars I would. I scheduled my appointment a week or 2 in advance. The day I scheduled my appointment I called and asked did they take my insurance ( Cigna ) the receptionist, asked me for my group ID & everything then confirmed that they did!!!!!! Fast forward to the day of my appointment, I took off work and drove all the way to west Marion, waited in the waiting room, just for them to tell me they don’t take my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket for a wellness check! Like seriously…. Either the workers don’t know what they are doing or they didn’t want to accept me. Either way, I definitely felt something was fishy about that whole place and situation. Because I CLEARLY ASKED before I even came all the way out there then even called the day of the appointment to make sure. Very unprofessional

We do.===========================Our Experience with Scheduling:Room for ImprovementI am writing this review on behalf of my wife and myself as concerned and involved parties.Though we havent had an appointment yet, we feel compelled to share our experience with the scheduling process. Its crucial to address these issues before becoming patients because were starting off on the wrong foot. There is definitely room for improvement.Challenges with Scheduling:Difficulty in Scheduling Appointments:The staff does not answer calls and fails to return calls even after leaving voicemails. They indicate it takes 48 hours or more to respond. This is not an effective business model. Its unacceptable that there isnt one person available to answer the phone.Online Booking Confusion:After booking online, the message states, Thank you for your form submission. We will contact you shortly to confirm your request. Please call our office if you have any questions. This is frustrating because calling the office was our initial step, which didnt help us.Given these challenges, we may have to consider providers in Inverness, The Villages, or elsewhere.Customer Service and Responsiveness:You can do better. Patients should come first. This means answering the phone and returning calls in a timely manner—same day or next day, not 2-3 days later.As a former business owner and an Army veteran, I find this level of service unacceptable. In over 40 years, no office has treated us this way.***Remember, customers should always come first!!!***

Im so happy with my experience here! Everyone is friendly, competent, and takes the time to explain everything fully. I highly recommend!

Finally found providers who give quality care. I find that they truly care about women’s health. I am more than grateful that I have found a place for great care and have confidence in the providers giving the care.

I absolutely adore this office. Since October of last year due to my medical condition Ive had to have several small procedures that led up major surgery last month. This was strategically planned allowing for the very best outcome when it was surgery time. Liana (PA) held my hand the ENTIRE way, making the feel as if I were her only patient. From the calls to check on me after each procedure or when something popped up and I was having difficulties.... to greeting me with all smiles at EACH and EVERY visit the bedside manner was nothing less than top tier. She and Dr. Poorti Riley are THE ABSOLUTE BEST and I always felt SAFE SEEN and HEARD. The staff was nothing short of amazing as well. Id choose you guys over and over again and I thank you.

I have felt welcomed and heard with every visit. They are thorough and ask questions that I did not think of. Very sweet and caring. I have never felt like just a number with them, always felt like they truly care! I highly recommend them!

Everyone from the front desk to the PA, APRN, doctor and medical staff are wonderful. Im so glad I found this place. They always introduce themselves, and answered all my questions.

The worst gynecologist Ive ever been too in 20 years the room I was in had hair all over the floor Ive never saw doctor only NP that has bad treatment. I wont go back to this facility. They make me feel like Im not human. Kelsey Shaner didnt offer no help for my symptoms she told me to go to er for menstrual pain.

When I first started coming to this office, I felt heard. I felt like all the doctors and physicians assistants really cared about my well being.. My service is always pleasant from all the staff.

Dr Riley and Leanna are amazing! Kind. Caring ladies that are so very knowledgeable in their field. Not only do they exude professionalism but they have a phenomenal way of making you feel comfortable and cared for. My trip to the Florida Women’s Health office was actually pleasant. it’s never actually pleasant to go to the gynecologist, but it was absolutely fine today. Everyone was so nice and very helpful and understanding and easy to talk to. It was just a really good experience. I am so glad I chose them.

From the time I walk in to the time I leave, I am satisfied at Florida Women’s Health. The receptionists are nice, the assistants and nurses are very friendly and great at what they do. And I feel very confident and comfortable with my dr in every procedure.

Evil people work here!!! Read the bad reviews! It is all the same! They DO NOT CARE ABOuT YOU Or IF You ARE PREGNANT!! I was sent to collections in less than 6months over a bill I was told was a mistake and then denied an appointment after finding out I might be pregnant with health issue complications!! I have amazing credit and not a single credit card or bill balance to be found but they put notes in their computer slandering me and made sure not to put notes in about the actual billing error!! I Was told by my gastro to see my gynecologist but they refuse to schedule an appointment!! You are responsible for treating your patients but after being told by my gastro that i need to go to my gynecologist you refuse to see me because of a bill error!!! This office cares more about money than their patients and the babies!When doctors care more about money than people you cant trust them!!! Evil people at this office! I cant say it enough! I will be going to urgent care now to get an ultrasound and hcg blood test even though I have job health insurance and an established obgyn that should have been doing these specialty tests!! Urgent care and emergency rooms are NEEDED for people that DO NOT have established Drs, insurance, or that have serious injuries and might die!!Thank you for causing extreme and unnecessary stress on your patient that might be pregnant and have an infection!!!! This office should be SHuT DOwN!!!!! This is a perfect example of why Florida rnks in the bottom when it comes to health care!!!Good job at being an example of how NOT to be a good medical provider!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Riley’s for over 10 years and counting. She is smart, experienced and caring. Like many women in our community, I have had to call on Dr. Riley‘s medical expertise for more than just routine care. I am grateful not only for her level of skill but, also for her thoroughness and her genuine concern for my well being. The office team is very friendly and accommodating as well.

Most definitely the best office staff and medical staff I have ever experienced. Today all insurance companies do not make any of our lives easier, but honestly this office and my Dr. Went above and beyond. I can list a million positive things but I am sure I won’t be allowed to write a book. But this staff really cares about their patients. Really cannot stress enough how amazing everyone is here. Thank you so much for all you do!

Awful....attempted on two occasions to see Dr. Wood. Was scheduled, came early, on both occasions.....and sat....and sat...and sat. When my appointment was over a half hour late, I asked the front desk about how much longer it would be. Only to get a LOT of attitude and be told that Dr Wood is the only OB and runs late. When I asked how late, I was told LATE. When I informed them I had other appointments to get to and I needed to know how much longer, I was told it was going to be about an hour and a half more! No I apologize, no we are so sorry. Just attitude and raising their voice to me. If you have hours to just sit around and MAYBE get seen, this might work for you...if you have a life or a schedule, I would avoid this place! This happened on both tries, rebooked after I couldnt stay the first time, thinking it was an isolated event, but nope both times was treated with attitude and a complete lack of care for other peoples time.

On my very first visit to this office, the front desk staff was rude to me. I had to wait several minutes after my appointment time to be seen and when I went up to question the wait time, I was given attitude. Something didnt feel right but i gave them a second, third, even fourth chance. On my first visit, there was even a lady, sitting in the waiting room, who had been coming for a few visits that was complaining about the service. She was telling me that shed never come again after this visit. I was an idiot to ignore her complaints and continue to come to this clinic. A complete fool!Anytime I questioned or had concerns I was met with more attitude that made me feel guilty for even asking questions. I regret ever walking into this clinic. It was a complete waste of time and money.Little comments from staff let me know that they had no intention of helping me and just saw me as a number and an insurance pay out or (copay). I wont go into detail but it was quite obvious that they didnt care about my goals.I have learned that most HCA facilities, in this area, are privately owned and do no care about their patients. I am so disappointed it has brought me to tears.

I have had an amazing experience at this office! My OB is Dr. Wood and she has been exceptional! Assisting me every step of the way! The staff has also been very kind and understanding! I would recommend Florida Womans Health to all of my friends and family!

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this clinic. I experienced really bad prenatal depression/anxiety after getting pregnant. It was my first pregnancy and it seemed like my hormones were spiraling out of control causing it all. I desperately needed help and guidance from an OBGYN so I made an appointment at this office as soon as I could. The NP Cortney barely acknowledged my issues, just kept trying to go over basic pregnancy stuff after confirming I was pregnant, and instead just looked at me like I was crazy repeating “do we need to reschedule? Because I need you to focus.”… as I was crying and saying “no I don’t want to reschedule! I want help!”. She was no help. Instead she made me feel even more alone, discouraged, crazy, and worse than before my appointment. I knew I would not be back. They then called me and told me I was high risk because I reported a history of MFTHR deficiency and that they would be referring me to Shands for care. Well Shands never got a referral and when I finally got back in touch with FL Women’s Health, I was told they ultimately would not be writing me a referral. It honestly felt more like they just didn’t want to deal with me and my mental health concerns, which is sad. Thankfully my coworker referred me to Comprehensive Women’s Health and they treated me with concern, compassion, and empathy right away. They got me in with a doctor the same day of my first appointment with a nurse who was just collecting family history because she saw how I was struggling. They followed up with me closely throughout my first trimester as I got help with my psychiatrist and I am a world of difference today (now in my 3rd trimester) thanks to the amazing staff there. I will never go anywhere else other than Comprehensive Women’s Health for my care. I hope this review can save any other young women who are struggling with mental health from going to FL Women’s Health and help them know they are not alone, prenatal depression/anxiety is a common disorder, and there are providers out there that actually care and will help them… just don’t waste your time at FL Women’s Health.

Do not recommend this office at all! I waited 5 weeks for my first appointment to be told that they cant take me as a patient (because of my BMI, that it means they cant be liable for me if I have to have a C-section. Which I have no health problems and I’ve delivered my two children naturally with no complications). They then referred me (a STAT referral) to another office, however with my timeline the other office was not able to get me in for another month or longer. So i called to ask for another referral, they told me they would be able to get me in to be seen in two weeks. I made the appointment, only to get a call TWO days before my appointment, saying they had to cancel my appointment because of patient load EVEN though i already have a standing appointment. So overall this office has wasted over 8 weeks of my time and prevented me from getting pregnancy care in my first trimester (I am not almost 13 weeks). Completely unprofessional, terrible communication, and overall inconsiderate!

My experience with Florida Womens Health center has always been excellent. The staff is professional, and those that provide direct physical services are outstanding. Dr. Riley is such a caring physician who makes you feel so welcomed and provides the upmost care for her patients.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. Get you in and out quickly. Answers all your questions, make sure you understand the procedures that will happen. Would recommend this office for all your needs.

I have been diagnosed with endometriosis and had 2 surgeries for it. I am new to the area and wanted a Dr that specializes in endometriosis. After doing my research… I called the number listed 2 times and left a message both times for a call back to make an appointment. I’ve waited more than 24 hours each time without a call back.

I am very pleased with the care that I received.Everyone was very professional and helpful I have no complaints. My surgery went very smoothly and I feel wonderful after the surgery. Thanks to everyone.

I would not recommend this office just based on organization. Today I waited almost 2 hours for an appointment. I was told to get undressed then they came back and said I needed to get re-dressed and give a sample. The build up to this appointment was so stressful as I was called by the front desk to set up a biopsy appointment but had no idea why. She stated my lab results indicated it was needed, but no one had called to discuss lab results. The person scheduling the appointment had no information to help me as to why this appointment would be needed or what the results meant. It was a stressful 2 week wait for this appointment with no information outside of google. Then to get there and wait for nearly two hours and still not be seen for the procedure, I will find another office with more organization and care for their patients. I will miss the NP, Janea I believe, as she was always fantastic, but this seems to be a common theme as others walked out today as well, fed up with the wait and service.

Dr Riley’s and her staff are amazing! Jill always goes out of her way when we are checking out to make sure that we get our appointment and that everything went well for us. I highly recommend this office to anyone.

I would give them 0 if I could. They ask you for the money before they even see your eyes. I was a new patient, and the girl who took my insurance information asked me for the money even if she did not know what was the purpose of my visit, and just after a few seconds after taking my insurance card. She even did not know that my records were transferred from NY. She said that they do not have my records even if actually she realized that they have it after the fact. Additionally, they are so rude over the phone, and I realized that even when I called them from NY. My visit confirmed that because the girl who is receptionist behave like she does not like her job at all. She was just miserable. My previous doctor office collected the money after the visit, and here, they ask you for the money even if they do not know what kind of service will be provided, and before they even provide you with the service. I was scheduled just for a consultation, and they tried to charge me either $220 or $330 for a consultation. The Office Manager took good care of me, explained how billing works, and asked me if I still want an appointment with MD Riley. Staff was absolutely lovely. They were polite, kinda and respectful of my special request. I typically hate these visits but Florida women’s health really made me feel comfortable and safe.

Struggling for years with my health and a few years back I wanted to visit this office, but my insurance wasnt the one they took. After changing insurance companies I was finally able to schedule my appointment. The women at the front desk are phenomenal women who are kind and patient. The physicians in the office listen and provide honest and realistic feedback. Just recently I met with Dr. Riley and she was so sweet but also very thorough in her process, a true professional. Im not sure why the past reviews for this office are negative because my phone conversations and office visits from Day 1 have been right what I expected and looked forward to. Thanks Ladies.

My experience with this office has been awful. I came in for abnormal bleeding after my pregnancy had been confirmed. After waiting over an hour to be seen past my scheduled appointment time, the doctor said it was most likely a miscarriage. They had me get blood work done to confirm, and I did the first round of HCG testing that same day and again 2 days later as requested. It has been over a week since the blood draws and I called TWICE the following week trying to get someone on the phone to discuss my results. No one will call me back. It’s stressful and heartbreaking enough to go through a miscarriage, especially being pregnant for the first time, but what makes it worse is you don’t know what is going on medically. It seems they have no empathy for their patients and provide no guidance on how to proceed going forward. I warn any expecting mother to avoid this place as their unprofessionalism and organizational skills are unfathomable.

I found the office very welcoming and my new provider Courtney Aubertine ARNP to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely would recommend switching to this office. I needed to find a new Gynecologist and was very pleased with the outcome. Having to find a new provider is stressful, so when a provider sets you at ease and is knowledgeable it really makes my day. Thank you so much!

I have been there twice. The first visit was good the medical staff is professional and friendly. However, my second visit was not good due to unqualified office personnel. I was contacted by the PA or Nurse that went over my PAP results with me and she explained that I needed an additional procedure. I agreed to it and she patched me over to the person who sets appointments. The woman asked me what it was I was wanting to have done, as if we were talking about a hair appointment. I said I don’t know what it’s called the last person recommended that I have it done. She put me on hold and came back to say I was all set for tomorrow at 9:45 am. Which was perfect, I work nights so I need a morning appointment. The next day I woke up early got ready and drove to the appointment. I was 15 minutes early, signed in and was told to have a seat they’ll be right with me. No sooner than I say down she called me to the window to tell me that they were unable to see me that day and they can see me tomorrow at 12:30 instead. I asked her why they didn’t bother to call me this morning and let me know that. She replied we did call you and we left a voice mail. I looked at my phone and saw that I hadn’t missed any calls that morning nor did I have any voice mails. So I left. As I walked to my car I decided to call the office manager and let her know how unprofessional their office is and that I don’t appreciate the blatant disregard for my time, because if I had been late for the appointment they would have dismissed me, but they were unable to call and let me know that they were not going to see me that morning. The manager said she had called me the day before and left a message. True, I missed a call at 5:44 pm the day before, however there was no voice mail left. Another lie. Good luck finding good women’s health care in Ocala FL.

Dr. Riley is compassionate and professional. She is so knowledgeable and stays current with new findings and techniques. I ask a lot of questions and she always has an answer. The office is organized and efficient. The environment is calm and comfortable. I trust Dr Riley and her staff!

Entire staff are so sweet and accommodating. Just down to earth.

The doctor and PAs are amazing - which is exactly why I make over an hour drive to come here. That being said, the entire front desk and office staff need a serious attitude adjustment. More than once my personal details were loudly broadcast to a full waiting room, despite them having space and ability to maintain patient privacy. Front desk employees have masks pulled down under their noses - so much for safety on their part! My husband was told to wait in the hallway despite several other women with their spouses in the waiting room - not sure why we were singled out, but my husband had no alternative at that point. In hindsight I should have addressed that with the doctor but given the overall circumstances of my visit, it wasnt my first thought at the time.

Dr Riley is a fabulous doctor. She is so caring and has your best interest first.Her staff is also wonderful.I would highly recommend Florida Women’s Health.

I just moved to Florida from Pennsylvania. I loved my Dr. In PA, so I was worried I wouldnt find a Dr. I was comfortable with. Several people recommended Dr. Riley. I was so happy, she made me feel comfortable, and relaxed. I am so happy I found her. Office staff was also very friendly.

Everyone at this office is so nice and welcoming. I have had a wonderful experience so far.When I was sent to the hospital to be treated for Anemia they checked in on me the entire time by calling myself and the hospital staff.

I had a ref to Dr Riley. I have BCBS PPO that i was told twice they do take it. I met my deductible so my specialist should be around 65$. They tried to collect 202$. I told them that it is wrong. after speaking to 2 diff ppl, I was told that they bill against pt out of pocket even though I met my deductible. I questioned why since my other 3 specialist does not bill that way...I was told its just how it is. My BCBS told me that they shouldnt bill that way. I waited 3 months to get a appt to only not be seen by choice due to they are billing wrong......

Very hard to get in touch with. No way to message the doctor online. You can leave messages but don’t expect calls back.

Not only did I ask several times if my insurance was accepted by them, but even before getting my procedure done I asked if it was all covered and if they were sure I wasn’t to owe anything. I asked and confirmed THREE times before going in only after being reassured that I would owe nothing and it was all covered. After the procedure, I once more asked before leaving just because I’ve had bad experiences with medical treatments and billing afterwards. They even collected samples to send for my STD testing (WHICH THE LADY OFFERED) and called me later to tell me they “misplaced” my samples and couldn’t even give me results!! A month later I get a bill for 240$. Called and wasted my time, at the end of the day I had to pay it because “there was nothing they could do”. Will never be going back to this unprofessional place. I wish they knew how I didn’t have the money to pay for said service and cried my eyes out begging them to work something out with me and all they said was that it was out of their hands.(if they even see this damn review my name is Grecia Sola and I went to this office on Nov 16, 2020)

Wonderful, staff were. very friendly, procedure went very well. Both Doctors Riley and Wood I would highly recommend.

If you want to have a judgy, unprofessional, and unkind PA examine you, then go here. The old PA was kind and wonderful but the new one lacks bedside manner. The rest of the staff isn’t any better. They don’t tell you your co-pay prior to getting there for a procedure then put the blame on the patient when you question it. They are unwilling to do anything to show some type of care. They also violate HIPAA by leaving the names visible on the check in sheet. This office is horrible and I rather go out of network than deal with them again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Riley for almost 20 years. She is the best, after 2 surgeries her bedside manner and her compassion is always the same. Hands down best Dr ever!

**Update-They did reach out and call me back after this post. I was refunded and they were very apologetic about my experience.***If I could give less stars, I would. I was seen in February days after giving birth to our 15 week old due to a complication in pregnancy-subchorionic hemorrhage that led to placenta abruption. I was told I needed medication to help speed the process along or they could perform a D and C. I reluctantly agreed to the medication because they said I would get an infection. They told me the ultrasound showed placenta left in me. I told her the birth was complete and my midwife had confirmed the placenta was intact and the PA told me that what me and the midwife saw must not have been a placenta, of course I argued it was my 3rd birth and I know a placenta and my midwife as well, obviously. Either way, she insisted on the medication or D and C so I said medication because she scared me to death that there might even be another placenta in me we didnt know about -she said this to me. I was charged 300 for this visit. Hours later, I was left with a voicemail of this PA asking me forgiveness- they are not allowed to see patients with a loss after 12 weeks and werent even qualified to treat me! She told me she was new and not to blame the doctor, she was on vacation out of the county with her child and to please not take it out on her, that the doctor is just a single mom. I thought, Wow they must have done something they shouldnt have for that PA to leave a message like that. So I called back, VERY upset because I just paid 300 and they werent even going to call in the medication she insisted I needed. She told me to go to the ER immediately and get a D and C. She then called me back for the next 4 days to make sure I went to the ER and got it. I went to a QUALIFIED doctor and they said the tissue left was simply from the subchorionic hematoma and everything was just as it should be days after giving birth. NO MEDICATION OR D and C was recommenced, he actually strongly recommenced against them. Now, Florida Womens Health is STILL trying to make me pay another over 200. Ridiculous. The same services were 34 with my insurance at the OB I went to after these people.

Long wait time, receptionist at front desk makes you sign lots of the same forms everytime, always a big copay even though my insurance covers 90% and I pay 10%. They always say they will call you back and never do.When you walk in for an appointment there is always someone standing at the front desk and there isnt social distancing. Poor management

The office was very nice, girls were all great! I am seeing Dr. Wood for my Ob care and I am very happy with my care.

Of all the doctors I have seen in my life, the gynocologist is never my favorite, but I love this office. They are friendly, welcoming and informative. I never wait long and get any questions I have answered.

It was good had a procedure and it was ok. Tried to call them today and it said mail box was full. So I could not tell them what was happening health wise (uti).

Be very careful when talking to the drs here. I received a very high bill. I called them. They said its because I called to the dr about birth control instead of just a well check up.

Great doctors and the front Desk receptionist (I think her name is Jasmine) she is beyond amazing.

Awful practice. Rude, uninformative, and poorly managed. You’ll wait at least 45 mins to be seen here. Go somewhere else if you have the option.

Charged me for a “no show” fee from August of 2020 in the height of COVID when no one knew what it was or what would come of it. Then sent the bill to an address that was old. Then sent it to collections. Haven’t been back since.
