I was a patient of Dr. Murphy many years ago. My current gynecologist moved away so I was in need of another doctor. I have never been to a doctors office that is as unprofessional as this one. I left two voicemails and three times reached out through their portal/messaging. I just needed to schedule an appointment. How hard is it to call/reply to someone. I guess Dr. Murphy is too busy for another patient. I would suggest doing some training with the office staff on how to follow up with someone and not just ignore them.

Dr OKier did not diagnose my uti, so I ended up with a kidney infection and had to go to urgent care on memorial day. All because she didnt want to do a urine test. She has horrible bedside manner, but I thought at least she knew what she was doing as a doctor. Guess not. I will not be going back. They are shutting down in September anyway.

I’m beyond disappointed… I have called, emailed, left messages and I cannot seem to get anyone to call me back let alone answer my questions. Instead of sending me a bill for something I have no idea about, it immediately went to collections. Not to mention a medication they have put me on is making me sick!!! I guess I will have to stop taking the medication and look for a new doctor as these people just don’t seem to care!!!

New to the area, I am very fortunate to have found this practice and chose EMMA as my practitioner. She is the best practioner I have ever had over decades, very understanding, easy to talk to, super knowledgeable and able to solve my issues. I highly recommend her! All staff are friendly and accommodating to get an appointment. Very pleased.

As always my appointments were on time and done efficiently and with care. I have been using Ocala Gynecology for several years and highly recommend their office and staff.

Had a lovely experience with OGA. Was pretty nervous about having an IUD removal and it was quick and painless. Went over all my concerns and they were all addressed. Thank you so much.

I came to the office as a new patient and was having some problems. This staff not only got me in that day, made sure I was comfortable, and went above and beyond the whole time I was there. Everyone was polite, helpful, and understanding. This is an amazing office! Im so blessed to have found them during a scary time. The office is clean, runs efficiently, and wait time was very minimal. Thank you!

I’ve never been there but I will say they will keep you on hold for a ridiculous amount of time when you are trying to schedule a first time appointment. They never picked up. I guess they are so busy they don’t have time for any new clients. I tried to schedule an appointment twice but with no luck. But I did get through at another place.

Dr Mann is a very knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. He is quick to get me in if I have a problem and puts my well-being first and foremost. Great personality and easy to talk to. Thanks Dr Mann for being there for me.

Ocala GYN Associates has been for me a wonderful experience. Dr. Mann has been my Doctor for almost 15 years. He is a friendly, compassionate and knowledgable doctor. Explains everything in detail and answers all questions. The medical assistants and office assistants are professional and pleasant.

This is Donna Ksepka (aka Gramzie Wytch). I have been visiting Sarah OKier at Ocala Gynecology for several years now. She is the warmest, sweetest most compassionate medical provider. She gives new meaning to Bedside Manner & always makes me feel comfortable. Her knowledge & devotion to her practice puts her, in my opinion, above all the rest.

Ive been going here for three years. The first time wasnt too bad, the second time I had to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen, and the third and most recent time I went was the worst. Once again they were 45 minutes late to take me back, the entire staff was unfriendly, and once I was finally in a room it still took another 20 minutes of sitting in that cold clammy room, naked. Then, for the cherry on top, they started doing anal exams, which they did NOT inform me of until the second the doctor went from examining my vagina and then straight into throwing two finger in my anus. No warning beforehand. Nothing. Never in my life have I felt so uncomfortable and angry. And of all places, a gynecologist should do their best to be warm, welcoming, and upfront to all patients about new procedures to their annual check ups. I will never come here again.

A wonderful experience . Dr. Mann/ staff are very professional and pleasant to deal with . The wait time was minimal and all aspects of care were explained to me prior to anything being done . I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for gynecological care .

Dr. Mann had the best bed side manner. He listens to you and takes his time and doesn’t rush through appointments. Been with him for years.

No actual doctor onsite and less than competent APPs. This place is scary I would go elsewhere for women medical care.

Dr. Mann Jr. really knows his speciality, just tell him a little of what you feel and he will tell you what you have and need. Hes very friendly and easy to talk to.
