Ive been patient since 2017, and I will continue to trust Dr.Jenkins with my care. He and his staff are caring, kind, and attentive! Ive always had positive experiences when interacting with the clinic. He, a physican, is exceptionally knowledgeable and made me feel informed and empowered when making treatment decisions!

Finding out you’re pregnant while having a senior and sophomore in high school is crazy. I was very emotional about my new journey to say the least! Going to Jenkins OBGYN helped ease a lot of stress for me. The kindness and warmth from every individual that I encountered, from the front desk to the back office and physicians was beyond phenomenal. I felt welcomed and all of my questions were addressed. I don’t think I’d ever change doctors after experiencing such wonderful individuals.

I recommend this office to everyone. Everyone here is super nice and easy to talk to and very helpful. Doctor Ramirez Is amazing she helped me have a quick and easy delivery with my daughter, she’s a pro!

Nurse Practitioner Nadia is absolutely amazing!! Shes truly an exceptional healthcare professional. From the moment you meet her, her compassionate and attentive demeanor puts you at ease. She has a remarkable ability to listen to her patients, taking the time to fully understand their concerns and addressing them with a level of empathy thats rare to find.Her medical knowledge is extensive, and she’s always up-to-date with the latest practices and research. Whether it’s a routine check-up or a more complex health issue, Nadia offers clear, well-explained options for treatment and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. She is thorough in her assessments, patient in her explanations, and committed to finding the best possible solutions for your health and wellness. I honestly would rather see her than my doctor, and that speaks volumes! Im so glad shes back from her leave!

Its taken me 9 months to finally write this review, my experience here was bad. I saw Dr.Ramirez for confirmation of pregnancy, I was very early in the pregnancy, nothing was seen in the ultrasound so it was determined I was going through an ectopic pregnancy. I was giving 2 options, emergency surgery or Methotrexate shot to terminate the ectopic pregnancy. I do admit I feel dumb for not asking any questions but I was in heartbroken and shocked, all the research about it I did on my own. I only saw Dr.Ramirez twice for a few minutes, but overall I felt a lack of sympathy, interest, caring. I felt as if I wasnt important enough and just wanted to get it over with. I am grateful for the lady that did the blood drawing every time, I dont remember her name but shes at the Kingsland location. She was very nice and gentle. Overall not a good experience.

I had an awesome experience in this facility from the front end to OB. Dr. Tiffany Ikwuagwu was amazing. From my first appointment after finding out we were pregnant to the 6th week postpartum appointment, she was professional, so detailed and answered all our questions and concerned. My delivery experience was smooth thanks to her and Jenkins fraternity. I highly recommend

Dr Jenkins is next level with his patient care. His bedside manner is outstanding. He makes you feel like you’re his friend and really listens to his patients. I always feel heard and informed with situations concerning my pregnancy. The whole staff has been helpful and kind every timeI go.

I love my OB, Dr. Ramirez. I understand they are busy but she always makes sure my concerns and questions are answered. I do go to the new location on merchants way and it is beautiful. My last 2 weeks of pregnancy and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I am a new, pregnant patient to this practice and this has been an AWFUL experience so far. So far, each appointment they are 20-25 minutes late. I spoke to the office manager, who it took 1.5 weeks to even get ahold of, and she basically said that’s just how it goes. Twice now I’ve called before lunch and left a voicemail and no one calls back. They don’t answer the phone. My most recently experience was following a loss of memory for a couple hours, possible seizure activity, but still working on testing. I called their office and spoke to a nurse, who was rude and dismissive. She did not ask me to come in to check on the baby. My PCP was appalled when I told her that. I reached out to the office manager and again called the facility. I tired to call multiple times and no one answered, I left a voicemail and no one has called me back. I messaged them on Facebook just hoping to speak to anyone, as you can imagine I’m scared. They don’t respect your time and surely don’t care about your life or your babies. Yet they have the audacity to place a sign at check-in that’s says, “if you’re more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will have to reschedule.” The front desk sits there and chats and lets you wait until they finishing talking to check you in or out.

Dr. Ikwuagwu is great but I can’t say the same about the office staff. I have left that office in tears two times already because of how rude they have been. Being pregnant can cause you to be extremely sensitive so they should consider that when dealing with their patients.

Excellent service. All the staff were professional and efficient. Finding the right doctor for prenatal care can be daunting, but I feel at peace coming to this clinic. I’ve only met Dr. Tiffany, and I highly recommend her.

Never answer the phone or call back with test results. Office manager has not replied to my emails since June. Since Dr. Roy went on leave, did not take preventative measure for my diabetes and or manage the medication. If your diabetic ensure you are prepared to advocate and stay on top your own health. Because the staff here will not. Dr. Ramirez has no manners what so ever and will con yelling and hollering at you like a little high school bully. Dr. Ikwagu has no experience with diabetes.

Went to this practice for one visit in February 2024 since it was close to my job. I was charged $207 to see doctor and for ultrasound. They did lab work for confirmed pregnancy and I received lab bills worth $585. After insurance processed the visit it was determined I should have only paid $30 to see doctor and nothing for ultrasound. I was in a patient room waiting for nurse practitioner for over 20- 30 minutes while I listened to the patient staff and Dr. Jenkins gossip about a patient. The nurse practitioner was nice enough and provided information about the office process but I quickly determined this was not the place to monitor my pregnancy or trust with my delivery. Dr. Yara contacted me on the phone to let me know about a hemoglobin trait I carry and the gender of the baby via blood test. I cancelled all future appointments.I waited for them to send my refund and when I contacted their billing department I was told they are very slow in refunding overpayments. It seems the billing is outsourced to a third party company but the office manager processes refunds. When I called and left message and email for the office manager she sent an email saying it would take 60-90 days as of end of May 2024 to process refund. Refunds from overpayments should not take that long under any circumstances. I do not recommend this office for even a simple well woman exam. I paid them the day of service but have waited over 4 months for my refund. I should have been refunded within 2 weeks of insurance being processed especially since I had one visit at the office and it’s been over 4 months.

Loved my experience with this office! My Doctor is Dr. Ramirez and she is amazing! She is very relatable and patient. I had a high risk pregnancy and she always made sure we were okay and kept my daughter and I safe. I also met Dr. Roy & Dr. Ikwuagwu & they were both really nice. I would definitely recommend this office the staff is very professional & friendly.

First time mom here. I was nervous and scared. Everyone was really kind. Dr. Mason took his time and answered questions. Did not feel rushed. All in all a good experience.

If I could give less I would. This office is very unprofessional. You are definitely just a number. I was left on hold for 12 minutes to determine whether a document could be signed electronically being that the staff did not schedule my surgery, nor contact me for a week and a half after my original appointment. I had to call in. The doctor never called me to discuss test results, but instead a nurse responded to my call only giving me information that could be viewed online instead of an analysis of results. Would not recommend.

I do not have enough kind words to share about Dr. Roy. I would say that I am rather particular about choosing someone to care for me. Dr. Roy makes your visit a personal experience and not just another doctor’s appointment. She is kind, compassionate and very patient. I truly wish I could have Dr. Roy as my primary care doctor LOL! I feel so lucky that she took such wonderful care of me with my first pregnancy and was the person to bring my son into this world. I am so glad to call her my doctor and to have her share such a special memory in our lives. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.

I went May 2024 for my well woman exam. The staff is great and Dr. Ramirez is wonderful. I’m a new patient and she took time to know my history. Would recommend this clinic and the lady at the front desk taking care of you excellent. Mariana if I’m spelling correctly the nurse or medical assistant was awesome. My Taurus twin! Overall great clinic to take care of your obgyn needs.

Dr. Stephanie Roy is a true angel on this earth!!! Man, I truly feel so lucky to have her be my OB. Never have I ever had a doctor where I genuinely feel so safe and taken care of. After I lost my first pregnancy. Dr. Roy quickly came up with a plan of action when I got pregnant again to make me feel less scared and anxious this time around. Every time we see her, she never rushes my husband and I in our appointment and takes her time to always answer all my questions.If you choose Dr. Roy as your OB, youre choosing a practitioner that will always be in your corner and will always hear you out. I used to be so afraid going into this pregnancy, but she has given me so peace and confidence to be welcoming our first little one. Thank you Dr. Roy and the entire staff!

Dr. Roy is an amazing person and doctor. She took me in at the very end of my pregnancy and was there for the birth of my son. She made the experience absolutely amazing! Her bedside manner is so wonderful. Shes a great listener, and you can tell she really cares about you and her other patients. It is evident that she is passionate about what she does!I only had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Jenkins once (in the hospital after my sons birth), but he was also very personable, caring, and kind.Ive never had a poor encounter with the office staff at either location. Im so glad I found Jenkins OBGYN.

I had my baby a month ago with Dr. Stephanie Roy and I will be forever grateful with her and her team. When I found out that I was pregnant, my biggest concern was finding not only a good provider but a great person that I could trust. She’s the best OBGYN that I ever had. She took good care of me during my whole pregnancy and made the right call on the right day for my c-section. I highly recommend this office to anybody.

I had a high risk pregnancy that resulted in preeclampsia and an early birth. Dr. Jenkins and nurse Nadia were amazing throughout my entire experience. I never had an issue with making appointments or getting ahold of someone when I had any questions. I fully trusted Dr. Jenkins with my care and felt like he took my concerns seriously. I would highly recommend Dr. Jenkins!

I was a patient of Dr. Ikwuagwu. I am now 7mo post partum, and these are my reflections from my whole experience. First, this practice is one of the very few that accepts late transfer patients and takes Medicaid (hallelujah). Dr. I really does make every effort to accommodate the wishes of patients (pretty much unheard of in the field). Dr. I has a positive attitude. Shes young, but very knowledgeable. The only reservations to keep in mind is the Portal they use in the office for patient communication is medfusion, which doesnt let patients send messages to the provide (it only allows messages to be sent FROM the doctor). This did make it stressful to communicate directly with the provider. I had a high risk ob who was following my care, and had communicated to Dr. I that I had been put on medication already for my GD, but she kept forgetting lol and seemed surprised every time I let her know. Most, if not all, of the challenges I faced were not a personal problem with the provider, but a problem with the childbirth process in America. Im pretty crunchy and made every effort to have as natural birth as possible. I felt like Dr. I went above and beyond to help me get as natural a birth process as was possible, given I was really high risk. The process though was stressful bc it felt like everything about the birth design was out to make that impossible. Hire a Doula if youre able to. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The doctor was easy to talk to, and calmed me when I was nervous about a small procedure.

I had a wonderful first visit with Nurse practitioner Nadia! She made me feel extremely comfortable and truly cared about how I felt during my woman’s exam. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I was nervous going in because it was my first time getting a Pap smear and I’ve heard so many horror stories! However, she made it an easy experience. Thank you Nadia for truly caring about your patients.

I love Jenkins OBGYN. I have be going there for a while and have yet to be disappointed. Dr. Jenkins takes the time to explain things to you. He makes sure you understand what he is explaining, and never once have I felt rushed at any visit.My daughters see Nadia NP and they absolutely love her as well.I would highly recommend Jenkins OBGYN as a place of comfort and care when it comes to your female health.

Ive been Dr. Roys patient since before I got pregnant for almost a year now and I have to say the experience has been wonderful. This is my third pregnancy and I had 2 other doctors for my other 2 pregnancies and Im so glad I switched to Dr. Roy. During my pregnancy, Dr. Roy has always been the sweetest and most informative doctor I could have asked for. Any questions I asked, she had an answer and she never made me feel like she was in a rush to get me out of the room. She delivered my daughter and while she was there I felt like I was in good hands. We love Dr. Roy and would definitely recommend her to anybody. Her staff and colleagues are also friendly and made my visits to her office very pleasant.

I have been with Dr.Jenkins since 2014 to 2016 or 17 he was my OB for my son, had to switch due to insurancebut Im back because he has always made me feel comfortable! I have referred so many ppl to him! His staff is awesome as well!! No complaints at all besides everyone loves them here so i the office is always busy but to me thats a great sign so Im here to stay 😍😘

The time management has to be improved. I really want to give this practice a chance, as I have had issues finding a good OBGYN provider—-but there is NO reason why I am still waiting to be seen at 3:45, when my appointment was 3:00. It’s infuriating and my time is just as valuable, as the next persons.Update: It’s now 4:05pm. I received 0 apologies for me waiting an hour and the consult took a total of 5-10 mins. The staff of women when you go the rooms are cold, sterile and highly unwelcoming. Not sure if this will be a good fit but finally got a diagnosis on some things, so only time will tell.

I am so incredibly grateful for Dr. Ikwuagwu!! After a very traumatic experience with my daughter (different doctor and hospital) I switched to Dr. I when I found out I was pregnant with my son. She listened and addressed all my concerns and worries. She put my mind at ease. When it was time for my C-section she reassured me everything was going to be okay. She did a beautiful job and it is healing so nicely. I have never had luck with OBs, I never felt like they were listening to me, but she does. I have cried many tears just overwhelmed by how beautiful this experience was. I will recommend her to anyone I know!

One of the most unprofessional and unorganized places I’ve been to. I had my appointment booked over a month and they call me 2 hours before to cancel since my doctor was going on vacation. They failed to notify me earlier and when I asked for proof they said they left a voicemail to me and my emergency contact. Neither myself or my emergency contact had received the voicemail they claim to have left and they failed to provide proof when I asked. They said that I could come in and see another doctor and my doctor would follow up with me when she returns but I’d have to pay twice for both visits. Which I shouldn’t have to since this was an error on their end. When I said I wanted to talk to the office manger they said that she was busy and would reach out to me. It’s been over a week and neither the office manager or anyone from their office has bothered to call back to discuss this. This office is one of the most inconvenient places, if you have options please do not come here. I will add that Dr. Roy is absolutely amazing and she knows what she is doing, her bedside manner is great. I would recommend you see her at another location that actually knows how to manage and take care of their patients.

I had the pleasure of seeing the nurse practitioner Nadia for my wellness exam. She is extremely caring, thorough and most importantly to me gentle. Ive had horrible experiences in the past with paps and she made it as comfortable as possible. I even brought my daughter to see her for her first wellness exam, and she loved her as well! If you ever have to see her, know that you are in great hands!

I have been going to Dr. Jenkins for a few years now, him and all of the staff have always been very informative and took the time to explain things to me. The only down fall is, when I was pregnant some of our appointment wait times were 45+ minutes and that was just to be seen. But it was worth the wait for great doctors and great staff.

If you’re looking for the best obgyn look no further, Dr.Roy is the best! She is very kind and patient, listens to what you have to say and comforts you in any way she can. I was on the struggle bus to get pregnant and she came up with a plan to help me with my pregnancy journey. After 2 years of trying on our own her plan helped us in just 4 months after starting treatment! Being my first time pregnant, I had so many questions and anxiety. She always had the best answers and resolutions to help keep me calm so that I could have the best pregnancy experience. When it came time for the delivery, she made sure to explain exactly what was going on so that I was aware at every exact moment. I am truly thankful to her and the delivery department for making my delivery the best experience I could have asked for!

Dr. Jenkins and his practice are very professional, welcoming and i want to say im a new patient of his and he was very welcoming. He makes you feel very comfortable and answers all of your questions and concerns. He also takes his time and doesnt make you feel like its rushed. 100% would recommend Dr.Jenkins and his team. If you need a doctor who cares.. he is the OBGYN to come see.

Best OBGYN I’ve ever been to. Jenkins is amazing, Nadia as well. All the ladies are patient and extremely polite. Jenkins will be delivering my 2nd child this summer, he’s very personable and actually remembers his patients lol. I recommend this place to everyone, good for your teenager as well.

I absolutely love and adore every doctor in Jenkins. They are nothing less than perfect. My only concern is the ability to reach them/ hear back on tests and get an appointment scheduled. Not sure if they are understaffed or anything, I wish front desk did a better job at replying to calls promptly. And I also wish they we’re affiliated to something like my chart app where I can message the doctor if I have some concerns rather than to wait on the call for days at a time.I am seeing so many people requesting the same thing but the organization has not been doing anything about it. I hope this changes soon so people can take benefit of the most reliable doctors they have. The doctors and the nurses are so good!

I transferred care from another OBGYN in the area because I felt ignored and uncomfortable with her care. Coming here I had no idea what it would be like but thought it would be worth a shot. I called to make an appointment and was told Dr. Jenkins was booked for the next 3 weeks but I could see Nadia Nurse Practitioner. I agreed to see her and it was the best decision! Shes amazing, knowledgeable and absolutely loves her job. She did not rush me and made sure I understood her education. Ive already made appointments for my sister and mom to see her!

It’s taken me 2 years to write this review from PTSD, and finally feel comfortable after having a successful birth with my second child through another clinic. I wish I had read other negative reviews prior to switching to Dr. Jenkins after my primary OB Dr. Torres left. I went into labor prematurely, and things progressed very quickly. I notified his clinic as soon as my water broke, then they were notified once I arrived at Memorial and were frequently updated on my progress. Dr. Jenkins ordered pitocin to be started even though I declined. A few hours after arriving at the hospital I was crowning and needing to push, epidural no longer managing my pain, and I was told by my nurse that Dr. Jenkins was 20 minutes away so to hold my child in. This went on for an hour and a half. I asked repeatedly for the OB on-call who had been out in the hall, and was met with resistance every time stating that Dr. Jenkins is 20 minutes away and to wait. So I waited. For an hour and a half, screaming and crying in agony, while my nurse tried to comfort me. Dr. Jenkins finally arrived, my child was delivered in one push, I was sewn up and then he left. There was never empathy or sympathy for my delivery, no apology for forcing me to hold my child in. Nothing. I understand that multiple women can be giving birth at the same time, but to not allow the nurses to get the on-call OB? For an hour and a half? Absolute negligence to obstruct a person’s care. And for what? To stamp your name on my hospital bill? And then at my 6 week post-partum check they informed me my child wasn’t allowed and I had to reschedule for when I had a sitter. I told reception several times I am exclusively breastfeeding, have yet to be away from my child, don’t have a sitter or any family or “village” so to say in this state, and that my husband is gone for work for the next 2 months. It is literally just me. I inquired about the other mothers who I’d seen with their newborns in the clinic during my pregnancy check-ups but reception ignored this question and kept asking if there was someone to watch my child. Finally she offered a telehealth appointment, to which I asked how Dr. Jenkins was going to check my suture site via telehealth, and she went silent. So I told reception to cancel my appointment and that I’m not rescheduling. Now my second birth with another clinic? Labor was even faster, no pitocin was forced, my OB didn’t make it in time so I asked for the on-call OB to deliver, to which they did immediately without hesitation, and my OB came in to check on me once they arrived. And I was able to go to my 6 week post-partum appointment with my child - how the experience should be. No I don’t want to discuss my experience with you further - I finally summoned the courage to lay out my pain and suffering clearly enough here. And as I saw in another review, I’m not the first mother to be told to hold their child in and wait for Dr. Jenkins to deliver, but I absolutely hope I was the last.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jenkins for 15 + years. He has great bedside manner and actually cares. I’ve recommended several of my friends to him and they agree. The office staff is very welcoming as well.

This is the nicest OB/GYN office that I have ever been to. They are professional. They are knowledgeable and they get you in and out. There’s never a long way I love them. I wish I had a found out about them sooner.

I have been seeing Dr. Jenkins for the past 10 years. He has delivered my 9 year old. He always listens and addresses my questions and concerns. He spends as much time with his patients to ensure all questions are answered. I highly recommend Dr. Jenkins!

I love coming here for my prenatal care. My appointments are always on time and all the staff is nice. Dr. Yara Ramirez listens to all my concerns and is very comfortable to talk with. The facility is clean and modern.

Throughout both of my pregnancies, Dr. Falae has been nothing short of amazing and supportive. Her bedside manner is incredible and she genuinely cares about her patients. The rest of the staff is also great, especially NP Nadia. Ive only talked to Dr. Jenkins once but he was extremely kind too. I highly recommend Dr. Jenkins office.

When I first went there I got Doctor Falae. I thought she seemed a little bit annoyed at me and wanted to rush giving me birth control and just getting it out of the way. The birth control is for my heavy periods and I took it. Then I had to go back because my Lo Loestrin was making me feel depressed and bloated. When I talked to Nadia she was really sweet and caring and really took how I felt seriously. She suggested the IUD and did the procedure on me. She’s very professional and is very attentive. She consistently asked if I was ok the whole time and guided me through it. She really is good and if I were to come back I’d definitely would want to schedule an appointment with her.Update:The last time I went to this location was April 2022. Today I’m still getting “bills” from them when I paid everything off at the visit. So is my mother who hasn’t visited their office for a couple of years. Don’t come here even if you have insurance like I did. I can’t stand offices that consistently scam you no matter what. Also at my last visit there, there was a nurse who was highly rude towards me. Probably because I’m a young 20 year old woman. I was never once rude to her. From that visit I’ve always been skeptic of gynecology offices. Its always age discrimination in the medical community.

Dr. Jenkins is amazing! He delivered my daughter and will be delivering this baby as well. He is knowledgeable and kind, he never rushes or dismisses and comments or concerns. He treats everyone with dignity, respect, and caring. Yes, you will likely wait for a bit before each appointment but it is absolutely worth it. I take the wait as proof of his dedication and patience he has for each of his patients!

It was my first visit and I really liked it! It was very clean and the nurses were well trained. They did everything before the doctor came in to check on me. I will be continuing my visits here. Thank you!

I love this office/staff! Most of all love Dr. Jenkins. My husband is even is a big fan. I recommend him to my lady friends all the time.Other than being amazingly gentle during exams he made my 1st pregnancy go smoothly even though I had a few issues. No question was stupid.He is a busy man for a good reason! He is a GREAT DOCTOR!

I called to book an appointment at the beginning of september as a new patient since I just moved here. It was for a prenatal appointment and first ultrasound. I called today to move my appointment up because I’m miscarrying and need to be seen by a doctor ASAP. The lady never booked my appointment even though I gave her all of my insurance information and all of my info to get booked. Now tried to get booked today, the lady on the phone told me that the insurance card I was reading to her had the WRONG numbers and that she needed a picture? Because I’m reading the numbers wrong. Just all around unprofessional and this practice came highly recommended to me.

I am giving 2 stars just because Ive had a different experience with a different physician at this clinic, Dr Falae, who is no longer there. NY experience with her was great, she took her time to learn my history as a new patient. I give her 5 stars to be honest .My last visit however was a mess. I waited a whole hour to see Dr. Ikweagwu, who spent less than 3 mins with me. Only question that was asked was whether I wanted to come into the office or to different lab to get my labs work done and that was it, for a yearly visit.I didnt for a blood work visit, I went for my well women check. Its once a year, it should cover a detailed examination of your patient.I layed in that bed for another minute after she had left the room, just a bit suprised at what had happened.I wont be returning to see Dr. Ikwuagwu. I have no experience to share, because nothing happened with the doctor .Women go through a lot challenges, one of which is our health, take your time to provide the professional care to the women that you see. Thank you.

Presently a patient and having mixed feelings. Dr Falae is pretty awesome. I really feel comfortable with her. Dr Jenkins is great too. Love the lab tech and ultrasound ladies, theyre sweet. But having to deal with the nurse on the help line is a bit tasking. I dont feel cared for and as a first time mom thats very important to me. She doesnt get back with test results on time, have to keep chasing her or whoever is responsible around. And when I do get to speak with her, she offers no apologies, just makes it sound like Im whining. Prescriptions get sent to my pharmacy with no explanation or prior notice. Im this close to changing my provider because this situation is making me unhappy and I don’t need that right now.UPDATE:I brought my concerns to their notice and everyone was apologetic, then boom! Things changed for the best. The staff are really wonderful. It felt like family. NP Nadia is another lovely person. Shes really Kind. She made me feel so comfortable whenever I saw her. I ended up having my son with Dr Falae. I hope I get to see her again someday. She left such a lasting impression. I will never forget her.Thank you Jenkins OBGYN.

I am excited to be starting my OB care with this facility. Finding an OB in Houston who will accept a transfer is like pulling teeth. I’m new to Houston and started my OB care with Medicaid. Unfortunately with Medicaid your options are limited and you cannot choose your provider. I now have commercial insurance and wanted the option to choose a provider vs. being forced to see a different NP every single OB visit and not even knowing who would deliver my baby was a scary thought. I am so happy I found this office. The front desk lady who scheduled me was extremely nice and helpful. I’m looking forward to meeting my new provider and am very grateful for the appointment.

I recently moved to Katy and wanted to establish care somewhere closer to home since my husband and I will start our little family soon. My first impression was great! Front desk staff, nurse, and Dr. Roy were amazingly prompt, kind, and genuine. I really felt like I found a great place where I would feel like I would be taken care of. I was excited to have Dr. Roy deliver my future babies!Then comes a bill from the “out of network” lab. I contacted the office and the nurse was kind enough to help me figure it out as best as she could. Turns out they had 2 labs they use and sent mine to the wrong one. I contacted their office manager whom said it’s usually in network (when I know it’s not) and told me to contact their rep from the out of network lab. After numerous emails to the lab rep, no response. I ended up paying the bill after contacting my insurance who stated my plan had an out of network discount and my bill is a lot less. (I was in shock originally because the bill from the lab stated I owe in full which was > $400 which was dated and mailed a few weeks after insurance was applied - so the statement was incorrect)I was disappointed on how this was handled. The OM was prompt with emailing me back but I wished she would take it upon herself to make it right since it was their fault for billing the wrong lab or at least made effort to follow up or directly reach their nonresponsive lab rep.Dr Roy was personable and wonderful! I just don’t want to have to go through all of the trouble if this happens again. So now I am in debate if i want to keep establishing care here….

The ROBOTIC & INAUTHENTIC response to bad reviews should tell you everything you need to know about this place. Personally I think the good reviews are mostly fake & they are buying them. If this place has morals they wouldn’t respond to negative reviews with such blatant disregard. They don’t care about patients. Ladies beware.

Dr. Ramirez and all staff from Erika ultrasound tech to my MA were extremely accommodating, helpful, and thorough. I would definitely recommend this practice thus far.

I am currently 34 weeks with my 2nd baby and this is my first pregnancy with Dr. Jenkins. So far I am beyond impressed with the level of care that I have received. Dr. Jenkins is so kind, patient, informative and detailed. He has expressed empathy and understanding through every stage of my pregnancy so far. His staff, especially Nadia the NP, are all wonderful! I havent a single complaint thus far and very much expect my delivery to receive the same high level of care from them. HIGHLY recommend.

Just came here yesterday for my first pregnancy checkup I was kind of skeptical about the doctor I was given since I didn’t see any reviews about her her at all but I went for it! Her name is dr Ramirez and let me just say she’s the sweetest I can tell a lot about a person when I meet them you can tell she cares and is passionate about her job would definitely recommend her as your obgyn! I became a patient at this practice over a year ago. Ive struggled with PCOS issues for many years and required a womens health specialist since my early teens. Nadia Alexander, FNP-C is my provider at the practice and she is absolutely wonderful! She takes time to listen to all of your concerns and makes you feel comfortable enough to share openly. Shes a truly caring, empathetic provider and a wonderful advocate. She goes through every option available with you and explains everything thoroughly and completely. With procedures she gentle and explains everything that shes doing. She made my IUD insertion so much less painful and unpleasant than I was expecting. I absolutely love her and will continue seeing her as my provider! ❤️

Just want to say Dr STEPHANIE ROY is absolutely the best!!!, my 9 month journey with my second baby was nice and smooth with her, from day one she is always been sweet, profesional, always treated me with respect, always cared about me as a patient and as a person making me feel safe and important to her, she was always available when I needed her during the whole pregnancy, she treats you with such hospitality and kindness that I feel like I’m talking to a girlfriend, during delivery she was there from the beginning letting me know everything was going to be ok and guiding me trough every step, thank you doctor!! the office staff at the Kingsland location has always been super sweet and profesional to me, I definitely recommend this place and doctor Roy of course.

My doctor is good. But the staff at kingsland location is horrible. Wait time is 1 hr to 1 hr 45 minutes if its not urgent even if you scheduled an appointment. Also, i had called in twice to place my iud order and the nurse did communicate to me that she did place an order. But she never did! This happened just not once but twice. First iud order was for paragard and second was for mirena. For both they didnt place an order and it caused a lot of delay for me to put an iud. I am thinking of discontinuing with jenkins because of this. They are good only if something is urgent. For all other obgyn reasons, no. I had commhnicated the same with my doctor but im not sure if she will be communicating this to practice manager because she is really busy. I wanted to put this review here. Staff at kingsland they are just pathetic. There are 2 fromt desk receptionist. Among this 2, one lady, dont know her name. She needs to be more professional. She behaved really bad to my husband when he asked if he can accompany me for ultrasound and she made him sit outside of the office. She could have politely told him he cannot accompany since that was a non ultrasound appointment. She made a big deal and he was waiting outside. She shows much of attitude

As soon as I walked in the door, the young lady at the front desk was very helpful in getting me checked in. She was very sweet and also thanked me for completing the paperwork prior to the visit. My wait time in the waiting room was about less than 10 minutes. A super friendly nurse brought me to the back and explained the entire process for my first visit that day. The restrooms are extremely clean! The ultrasound tech was also super friendly and made me feel very at ease. Also, the vibe in the ultrasound room was amazing (dark room with beautiful string lights). When it was time to meet with Dr. Torres, I honestly had forgotten that I was at a doctors appointment with my legs on stirrups. She was extremely personable and we laughed almost the entire time. Checking out was done by a young lady who was very polite and full of smiles. Thankful for finding this gem of an OB/GYN office!

Dr. Jenkins and his staff are very thorough and caring. Dr. Jenkins has the best bedside manner and listened and respected my birthing plan. He and his staff helped make my pregnancy and delivery to be an amazing experience. I will definitely have Dr. Jenkins deliver all of my future babies!!

Truly the best doctor there is! I had a positive experience every single visit with every single staff member at Dr. Jenkins office and they all felt like family to me by the end of my pregnancy. I trusted Dr. Jenkins as my physician and my friend. We are unfortunately relocating after 6 years of living in the Houston area and I’m most disappointed that I’ll have to find another doctor because I know nobody will compare to Dr. Jenkins! I cannot say enough good things about him!

Dr. Jenkins and his staff are wonderful. My son is a healthy 2 year old because Dr. Jenkins did everything possible so I wouldnt have my son early. He did everything in his power to keep me admitted in the hospital because I went in for preterm labor at 26 weeks. Even though at that time I was a little upset with him for wanting to keep me at the hospital I knew that he was doing it to save my baby and because he CARED. I delivered a healthy baby boy at 35 weeks and was able to take him home with me when I was discharged. While I was admitted in the hospital for a whole month , he would visit me everyday. Dr. Jenkins is truly a good Doctor that goes above and beyond.

Just have to say how much I love Dr. Jenkins & Dr. Falae! I have seen both doctors during both of my pregnancies (and for all my other lady needs.) Dr. Jenkins delivered both of my daughters! They are both hilarious but also very professional. I have always been nervous about having an OBGYN I wasnt so anxious around & they both have made me so comfortable & relaxed anytime I have seen them. They take the time to address any issues & never make me feel rushed. I plan on having more children so I will always keep coming back. The staff is also amazing as well, the girls at the front desk have always been the sweetest & most understanding & Ive been a patient since 2012!

I believe that superb service must not go unnoticed. I started prenatal care in my third trimester with Dr. Jenkins and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. Dr. Ramirez is a bit cold and doesnt show much importance in the doctor/patient relationship. Another concern is that it is difficult to communicate with them, the patient portal they can send messages to us but does not allow us to reply, or ask questions about our exams results . For first impression was mmm ok.

Im giving a 4 because of the office staff. I did not have a good experience on my 1st appointment. The receptionist needs some training on professionalism and empathy. She called my name and yelled out from her desk that my husband wasnt allowed to be in the waiting room because of Covid. Mind you its December 2022 and anyone that was pregnant was able to have their partner with them. Granted I wasnt pregnant I was their for a very important appointment regarding my health. Also, she never checked to see if my paperwork was missing information so after waiting over an hour to be seen, now I waited another 15 mins in the room to fill out missing information from my chart.Now lets fast forward to Dr. Roy, she was an absolute angel. I told her what had taken place and she was very apologetic and reassured me that my health was important too. She was very informative and compassionate. I swore that I would never step place in that office again, until I met Dr. Roy!

Ive been seeing dr.jenkins for about 3 years now, he’s amazing i can not say it enough hes so informative. Makes you feel understood and he takes time with each of his patients making sure all their questions and concerns are answered. His staff is so kind and welcoming. If you are looking for a new ob I definitely recommend him. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

The doctor was very nice and professional. im upset because ive gotten Nexplanon twice already. once w Jenkins OBGYN at another location. I was told it would be covered fully by insurance, and i needed a consultation to get the Nexplanon. The consultation lasted no more than 5 minutes and consisted of 3 questions. and theyre charging me $60 for this???? with no warning, comes across as very sneaky and kind of scammy. from the time i entered the waiting room to leaving was 20 minutes and the lady kept saying its a new patient fee, ive been w jenkins before? So what is $60 exactly??

Dr. Jenkins treated me all through my pregnancy and there after for years. I loved him so much, his hospitality, his caring for me and my child, his concerns and his helpfulness. I stopped going to him for about 3 years because I left town and it broke my heart!!! I did not want to go anywhere else! I no longer had insurance so it was hard to pay for the service since everything is so expensive. I am now back in Houston and I just called to make a new appointment because I miss him!!! There is no one like him. I kinda got hurt when I spoke to the reception today to make a new appointment and she said Im no longer considered a retuning patient but a New Patient. Psssshhh whatever! LOL!I definitely recommend Dr. Jenkins he knows what hes about! (Ive never posted my child on here but because hes the best, this time I did)

Dr. Ikwuagwu was a fantastic doctor! I was pretty nervous before my visit but she was really able to patiently answer all my questions and really helped me feel comfortable for the entirety of my visit. I came in for an IUD insertion and she really made a painful process as painless as possible. The staff and facilities were also a 10/10. Overall, I’m definitely coming back again!

The appointment went great, Dr. Torres was awesome. However NOONE ever called me back about my results! I literally had to call the office twice to get my results.. I waited two weeks to call. I never got the portal invite because they had my email wrong. Im just thankful i wasnt sick or needing treatment, Id probably still be waiting for my results. That isnt very reassuring. I asked the nurse when they got the results back and she couldnt/wouldnt give me a straight answer. From my experience its common to have a great Doctor with so-so staff.

My wife and I were recommended to Dr. Jenkins by our friends and we went through our 1st baby process with him. He is a very kind, knowledgeable and committed physician who cares about his patients. We had to deliver during the holidays and he was off and came to the hospital to deliver our baby. He is top notch

Dr. Falae is a great doctor! She is extremely professional and caring! I had couple emrgencies and she was always there for me. Had great experience with her through all my pregnancy. And her staff are amazing too. She delivered my first baby and no complications after. She is very very good at what she is doing!

The whole team is amazing! I transferred care here after complications with my other provider at 28 weeks pregnant. I was high-risk and this was my first so I came with LOTS of questions and concerns. Dr. Falae has always been very helpful and guided me through each gestational stage with ease. Anytime I had a question or concern, the office assisted with no attitude. I had a complicated delivery but Dr. Falae kept a close eye on everything and stepped in at the appropriate time. They even layered in lactation consulting and continue to aid in my journey postpartum. Everyone has always been warm and welcoming and I will not hesitate to refer all of the women I know. Thank you all so much for helping to bring our little blessing into this world!

I went to Dr. Roy for the first time yesterday and had my well woman exam. My experience there at the Methodist location was awesome starting at the front desk the ladies were very welcoming and Dr. Roy was great! She is so kind and personable and answered all my questions thoroughly. I feel comfortable and I know I’m in good hands with her and her team!

Dr. Jenkins is a wonderful doctor, he is very smart always taking the time to make sure the needs of his patients are met. He delivered my baby and also performed my partial hysterectomy. He connects with the family in a way most doctors dont. When you tell him of any issues you have with staff or his office he listens and corrects. Dr. Jenkins has been my OB/GYN now for 10 years next month and I wouldnt change a thing. He is a 5 star in my book.

I came to Dr. Jenkins after giving up on my OBGYN after feeling like just a number to her and that she didn’t care. I totally love love love Dr. Jenkins! I ALMOST NEVER this....When I say I HATE going to the doctor or dentist. HOWEVER, Dr Jenkins, staff and office is truly different this office is thorough, friendly and very informative!They dont rush you out the door, and they LISTEN!!

He is nice, patient, listen to the concerns I have, he is a positive person, really easy going and seems to know really well what he is doing. In addition to that and as a response of the reviews below, I think the rest of the personal is nice enough, the waiting is tolerable and the offices/area is very nice (and new). Im an engineer, I’m not from the ghetto, Im not a ‘baby daddy type’ and I’m not low income. I do not know what the below reviewer is talking about. I’m serious about these reviews because I depend on them to get a good doctor (or anything really) and Dr. Jenkins is the best I had.

Great doctor! I absolutely love this doctor and would make him my primary doctor if I could but ...Dr. Jenkins is an in network provided but sends all of his lab work to an out of network testing center. A well womans pap smear cost me $180 just in lab testing which would have been covered if he sent it to a facility within my network. Neither Dr. Jenkins or his staff mentioned anything, it was until I received three invoices from LabCorp did I realize what had happened. If you come here plan on paying out of pocket for any testing that is done.

I just want to take the time to show my appreciation for Dr. Jenkins.. he was amazing through my pregnancy & helped me stay calm & positive throughout the whole thing because I was extremely nervous, my first pregnancy & only.. it’s two years later & I always to this day trust him completely with my health. He is a great& caring doctor. Also, April & phlebotomist (Jean) are so nice! Love yll!

I truly love everyone here. My doctor, Dr. Falae is so amazing and helpful. She cares! She did my c-section with my twin girls and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. Everything went so smoothly and I’m so thankful for that.

To say I am grateful would be an understatement. My obstetrician was Dr. Tiffany Ikwuagwu and she was simply heavenly. She heard every worry and every concern I had and she acted upon them. I had a previous c-section 4 years ago and I really wanted to try a VBAC. She didn’t hesitate to support me and she did everything in her power to help me succeed. Although I ended up having another c-section due to other factors she was extremely supportive every step of the way and made me feel safe even though I was filled with anxiety and doubt. I will never forget this experience.I couldn’t have asked for a better person to deliver my child! Couldn’t thank her enough❤️

I started seeing dr. Jenkins when I was pregnant with my second child. After having a horrible experience with the doctor who delivered my first baby, I was prepared to have another doctor who didnt listen to my concerns. All of those fears subsided after my first visit with dr. Jenkins. He is very polite, upbeat and a great listener. He actually listened to my concerns and we were able to come up with the best course of treatment for my pregnancy. He is hands down the best physician I have ever encountered. I would absolutely recommend him for any women.

I was referred to this office by a friend. Shed already warned me that Dr. Jenkins is ALWAYS late! Worst experience ever. I called to let Jessica know that I was running late. She was okay with that because Dr. Jenkins was in surgery. Jessica then called as I was in the elevator on my way up to let me know that I would have to see another doctor. I was fine with this because this was my first visit and I wanted to get a feel for the office. After signing in, they took my insurance info and allowed me to wait for 20 mins before telling me that I was too late and they would have to reschedule me. This office is horrible and unprofessional. Dont waste your time ladies, find another doctor.

Dr. Jenkins is very personable and spends time with you discussing any issues that arise. He has great bed side manners. I drive 1 hour to see him. Im never changing doctors. First, I will say the office itself is very nice, both locations. That’s the only reason I’m giving them two stars and not one.In general, their patient portal is very dated and lacks basic functionality. You can’t even compose a message.More specifically, I did not have a good experience here for two reasons.First, the doctor did not call in my prescription as was discuss at our appointment. As a result, I requested the prescription to be filled through Amazon pharmacy. The Prescription I received was the incorrect dosage which I had to discover on my own after taking the wrong dosage for probably about a month.Second, and the reason I decided to not be a patient here anymore, was I had an appointment because I have symptoms of mastitis. Since this was a short notice appointment due to the severity of the situation, I had to bring my eight month old baby. I was turned away because I had my baby with me and was not seen. In my opinion this is a situation where discretion can be used. I understand there’s a rule, but you should be able to determine when an exception to that rule is in everyone’s best interest. That was the case here. Now I face the possibility of having to go to an urgent care facility for a non-Covid related issue, Which achieves the exact opposite of what this rule is for. In closing, eff this place. Do better.Also want to note, there are several other smaller “strikes” against this place but I don’t want to detract from the glaring issues described in this review.

I literally love Dr. Jenkins; hes a boss! Hes always been super professional and caring. The office is always very clean and the staff practice cleanliness as well during my appointment. In addition to him being my OBGYN, hes also been like my confidant and academic advisor. I couldnt ask for a better man to be my OBGYN!

These people have no regard for their patients time. This was my 2nd appointment or what would have been my 2nd appointment but I left after waiting for almost 2 hours to be seen, for an appointmentthat was set 2 weeks ago. This exact same thing happened my first visit last year; waited for close to 2 hours for the dr to come into my examinations room, but I chalked it up to a fluke but after today, Im convinced this is just how they operate. If you want to waste an entire afternoon or an entire morning, this is the clinic for you. But if you value your time, then find another provider. Then, they have the nerve to have a sign in the lobby that states if youre more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you must reschedule. What about when patients are on time and the Drs arent???

I have never had any professional, knowledgeable, caring, funny OBGYN then dr.Jenkins. Wowww is not enough, God truly blessed my husband and I with this doctor and wouldn’t trade him for nothing. First off let me say, I was 24 weeks pregnant when I started seeing him. It took my husband and I close to 7 years to get pregnant, so this was a miracle pregnancy from God for us after so many negative previous doctors reports. When I first got pregnant we went to see doctor Chantal Nyiong in Sugarland worst OBGYN ever, she was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Doctor Chantal wanted to terminated my pregnancy for unknown reason, and I was heartbroken cause my husband and I prayed for this baby. So at that point, I was so scare to see doctors cause I didn’t want to hear any negative minded doctors. When I reach 22 weeks I scheduled to see dr. Patel in Sugarland, and they where asking me to pay upfront before I see the doctor so I canceled that appointment. My husband did some searching and found doctor Jenkins, I was so glad that he found doctor Jenkins. Long story short, since I started seeing doctor Jenkins my pregnancy life had changed forever. He went above and beyond to help my husband and I throughout the whole pregnancy. My baby was breached and he gave me some options and even recommended/ referered us to some people that could help my baby turn. I was terrified of c-section, and he was so patient with me tried to help me with my wish to have a natural delivery. At 41 weeks, he told me I couldn’t go too long and he will have to scheduled the c-section since my baby was not turning. I was sooo scared😫. The day of my c-section, he told us exactly what was going to happen and the amount of time it was going to take him to deliver my baby which didn’t take him no more then 15mnts. At that point doctor Jenkins calmed and caring personality ease in my nervousness, and I felt so much peace. During the c-section he was making funny jokes 😂and we were all laughing 😂. Now my husband and I welcomed an handsome baby boy!!!!. I went to see him for my 2 weeks follow up and he told me the way he fixed me, I can have 6 or 7 more kids NATURAL if I want too, hmmm NO doctor Jenkins I replied 😂 he just funny and assured me everything looked good. A lot of people that had c-section told me they had pain after there c-section, but I’ve never had to take pain medication or anything for pain cause I was fine which even the nurses in the hospital were all in awe of my recovery. I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received from the Jenkins OBGYN, you guys have for next and next pregnancies and services. Thank youuuuu sooo much doctor Jenkins, nurse Beatrice, the phlebotomist who took my blood and I didn’t feel nothing, and the lady in the from that checked me in I can’t recall her name. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, 🙏 and May God bless you guys🙏

I too, had a good experience with Dr. Jenkins initially. Until I got pregnant. I will start off by saying this has taken me 2 years to finally write this as I really have not wanted to have to go through this experience again but really feel that I need to for others and to move forward as I think about it very often like PTSD. After having a hard time conceiving, I was finally able to with my first pregnancy. I called and made an appointment with Dr. Jenkins. I ended up starting to bleed at work on a Friday. I went home and didn’t move from bed all night because I was scared. I ended up with such worry and anxiety that I barely slept and decided since I was still bleeding and it being a Saturday, that I would go to a remote ER. I called ahead to make sure they could do an ultrasound. They did the ultrasound, saw the baby, everything looked ok but though it might be a subchorionic hemorrhage. Still worried, I called Dr. Jenkins office first thing Monday and requested to speak to his nurse. I explained what was happening as I was still bleeding and that I also wasn’t sure if I should take my anxiety medications for baby’s safety but I was having such bad anxiety over bleeding. My appointment was scheduled for that Thursday and she tried to get me to keep it at that but I pushed back to come in sooner. The nurse said she would ask/check with Dr. Jenkins. She called back saying that Dr. Jenkins said just to keep the Thursday appointment. So I went in on Thursday only to get an ultrasound first thing and then the tech to say she didn’t see any baby. I went in to see Dr. Jenkins who confirmed I was/had lost the baby. I was very upset and told him about how I called to come in sooner and he stated that it wouldn’t have changed anything. I explained that I was aware that you cant stop a miscarriage, I’m not an idiot, but if I had come in, maybe we could have seen sooner so I wouldn’t have had my nerves/anxiety on edge all week which doesn’t help, when we already knew something was off with bleeding, rather than coming in to expect to see a baby and see nothing. I advised him it’s about being supported by your Dr. especially when you call and ask to be. Dr. Jenkins responded by saying that I should have pushed harder with his nurse then when I called to get in sooner and that as I could see, he is way busier then when I had last gone into see him however long ago that was. So not only am I not getting any support, you’re blaming me and making excuses. I was PO’d to say the least especially with what I was already going through at the moment just finding out I lost my baby. We discussed the ER visit and the results of that ultrasound trying to get a bit of answers. Dr. Jenkins said that he could order the actually ultrasound CD, take a look and let me know his opinion. I signed the form with his office for them to order it from the ER. I had a bad feeling about it so I went into the ER a week or so later to get a copy myself and asked them if anyone else had requested a copy. They said no! I never heard from his office again. Obviously I was NEVER going back to see Dr. Jenkins again after how this was handled or lack thereof and how I was treated, so I decided not to even follow up with them. But again, not to do what you said you would after all of that adds a whole other level a shady crappiness to the whole situation! I will never get this out of my mind and have relived this situation and his words in my head many times and I’m sure I will never fully heal from this. Its almost irrelevant of the miscarriage. It’s the treatment of the professional you’re relying on a such an important scary time and how that resulted. I REALLY hope no one else has to go through this, this way with him.

This review is way over due. I will never forget how bad of an experience I had with Dr. Jenkins. He is judgemental, insensitive and inconsiderate. He was extremely late to the delivery of my child. The baby was crowning and the nurses were panicking and telling me to “not push”.They wanted to wait for Dr. Jenkins to get there. When he finally arrives, he does not even acknowledge me (the worried, stressed out woman on the table having a baby) but instead flirts with the nurses?! He was not comforting at all, especially in such a hectic moment. It was very unfortunate to have such a terrible experience when something so beautiful was happening. I did not even go to my post-partum check up because I never wanted to see him again. I’m so glad I found another OBGYN. I now have the pleasure to see what its like to be genuinely cared for as a patient. Thank God!

The front office staff lacks major professionalism. Each person I’ve come into contact with is rude and curt. I’ve also been misinformed or simply not informed three separate times. Wait times are excessive - I waited 58 minutes in a room for a three minute conversation. Simply stated, I will be searching for a new doctor. I also suggest that front office team take some lessons in customer service and seek to increase their emotional intelligence.

When looking for a Dr close to home for my third child I googled “best obgyns in Katy” and Jenkins Obgyn came up. After reading positive reviews I decided to choose this practice and went with Dr. Falae. From the very beginning, she was kind, knowledgeable, we went over my birth plan and she reassured me that she would do everything in her power to make it happen for me. As time went by, I felt a connection to her like no other dr before. She never made me feel like a number or like she had more important things to do. When I was in her office she answered every question thouroughly, she is hip to what’s new in modern medicine and doesn’t look at you crazy for wanting out of the norm birth accommodations. I wanted as natural a birth as possible. Up until the last minute, she was my cheerleader, she was a rock, she was encouraging and kind, I felt loved as a patient, she made me feel like family. She reassured me that I COULD DO IT! And because of her, I DID. My husband and I are beyond grateful for every bit of information, every dr appt, every word of advice, every single minute of her time. She makes me want more kids just to have the same experience all over again 💜 Dr. Falae, if you haven’t heard it enough, YOU ARE AMAZING, YOU ARE LOVED!!!Also, to the amazing staff, you all are amazing as well 💜 Lupe and Janae who administered my weekly injections and are 2 of Dr Falae’s nurses, I love y’all to pieces. This office became like family to me over the past 9 months and I am beyond grateful for all of the care every one provided.

The staff and Md’s at Jenkins obstetrics are top notch. I would recommend them as they give 100% to every patient and every need.

Dr. Roy was great, very informative from day 1, as it being my second baby my labor experience was great she was available at all times she even followed up on me.

Another case where the doctor is wonderful...the office staff maybe not so much. My appointment was at 2:30pm they put me in a room at 3:37pm and i was done by 4pm. It does annoy me a bit that they have a sign saying if you are 15min late for your appointment they will reschedule you...since they do not see you within 15min of you arriving on time. I think it is a bit unfair to be expected to be punctual if the doctor then makes you wait an hour to go into the room. The doctor was nice, professional and competent. However, he told me he was prescribing a cream for me. When i asked at checkout for my Rx, i was assured i had no need of a written one and that it would be called in to my pharmacy. A week later i am playing phone tag with the nurse to get it called in. I dont understand why i am having to play phone tag. I told her in the message i want the prescription i paid $87 to get...i dont know why she needs to talk to me before calling it in. She could have called it in then called me to apologize for my wait and let me know she took care of it...but she did not. I think it is a terrible thing to find a wonderful doctor but not want to use him again because his staff cant handle calling in an Rx.Dr Jenkins gets a 5 star reviewButHis office only gets 1 star since 8 days later they still havent called in my Rx.Update: the nurse finally called me to tell me she did not know the number to CVS...even though i filled out my paperwork online and definitely provided it (i had to take a picture of my rx bottle and enlarge it so i could read the number so there is no doubt i entered it...and the person who checked me out confirmed they had all the necessary information...so i am not sure how they lost it...) BUT this makes it worse because she is saying they needed a number but did not feel the need to follow though and contact me and GET the number...she is saying she knew i needed medicine but did not care enough to get it filled UNTIL i called and started complaining...so if i had not called they just would have just chosen not to take care of me after I paid for their care...

I havent even had my appointment yet, and im sitting down to write my first ever review. THATS how amazing the customer service was. Ive spent hours upon hours looking for a decent OB/GYN that accepts medicaid and was convinced it was going to be completely impossible to not talk to someone that spoke to me like i was scum because of my insurance, let alone someone that accepted Medicaid in the first place.I wont go on a longer rant that i already have, but i was almost in tears after speaking to their front desk because of how kind, compassionate and helpful they were. Pregnancy is a beautiful, stressful, terrifying thing and it meant alot to find an office that seemed to understand that. So thankful i found these angels!

Im a current client with yall and I 💕 you guys but Im going insane with the fact that yall do not have something like MY CHART.TO show upcoming appointments, to show past appointmentsto be able to message the doctors and get responses back , it would be entirely helpful cuz yall are so busy whenever I call most of the time you never answer the phone. its very frustrating 🥴ALSO when yall have called to reschedule my appointments when the doctor ends up not being in that day, it doesnt update in the automated system says the wrong that had to be rescheduled.I need this guys, Thanks.

I will start by saying Dr. Jenkins is great. However, after my visit today I dont believe I will be going back because his office staff is so bad. I have had issues in the past and today was really the last straw. 7 weeks ago I delivered my son, which they obviously know. Dr Jenkins wanted me to come in today for my annual well woman. I arrived on time and after waiting for a bit I was called up to the desk sign paperwork. I was told at that time that I had a balance on my account from the delivery for a few hundred dollars. I ask for them to send me a bill which she declined to do, that she would print me a statement. That was not what I asked for but fine, since I suppose postage is too much? I go sit back down in the uncomfortable waiting room for another half hour before she calls me up again to tell me Dr. Jenkins isnt even there. He had to go to the hospital for a delivery. I understand completely that he has to go to the hospital on short notice to deliver. That is not the problem. I do not understand why someone would not have called me beforehand to let me know he was out and see if I wanted to reschedule then. Or at least when I first arrived. She didnt wait to tell me about that balance due but couldnt be bothered to mention the doctor isnt there? Now Ive had to arrange childcare for no reason because I didnt want to sit in his waiting room for an hour, then naked in the office for another hour before being seen, with my newborn, like I just did a couple of weeks ago. Why was I forced to wait in the waiting room for 45 mins before I was told that they wasted my time? Time that I dont have to spare especially since I only have 1.5 hours between the end of each nursing or pumping session to the start of the next. As if they dont understand the time restraints a mother with an infant has. This situation was just the latest example of how they put money before their patients. Trying to keep that appointment filled was more important than potentially losing a patient, which theyve now done.Another note, and I know this is small, but there are double doors on the front of the office. When I arrived today I tried to open the door and it was locked. I moved to the other door and it was open. Not really a big deal but.... As I was sitting for so long in the waiting room I saw at least 15 women come into the office. Every single one of of those women tried to come into the locked door first. Pregnant women, women with small children, women with bags and hands more than full. Again, I know this is small, but just unlock the door. Why not fix such a small thing to make things easier for your patients?

Dr. Jenkins was recommended to me from a friend. I had a visit with him and while the wait for him to come into the room was longer then I would like, he was great. I felt very comfortable with him and he answered all my questions and I didnt feel rushed. I will be back to see him today.

I have been seeing Dr. Jenkins for the last 9 years and being a healthcare professional myself working with many doctors / surgeons I can honestly say he by far is a cut above the rest. He has listened and thoroughly treated every concern Ive had . Acting aggressively to every complaint in regards to my many OB/ GYN needs. I cant thank this fantastic Doctor enough. There should be 1000 stars to compliment his outstanding care.!!!!!

I got along great with the Doctor, but the fact that he purposely tried to kill me after I had my daughter by leaving half the placenta in me didnt thrill me in fact I ended up in the hospital for a week away from my baby and had to receive multiple blood transfusions because of the neglect by the Dr and hospital. since then he has let me bleed for 21+ days a month for over a year and a half since I had my daughter and has refused to do anything to fix the problem. I would not recommend this doctor to my worst enemy let alone anyone im friends with!

I am a new patient, my appointment was at 9:30, when I walked in there was not an available chair so I sat on the floor in the hallway until one became available. I asked approximately how long the wait was so I could try to make other arrangements for my daughter to be picked up from VBS if needed. I was told no more than 30 minutes. It is 10:25, 55 minutes after my appointment time and there are still multiple people in front of me. At this point I have no one else to get my daughter from VBS since I was told I would be done by then, and no other choice than to walk out. Part of the problem might be Medicaid? Filling out paperwork I was asked multiple questions about Medicaid. I do not have Medicaid, nor do I have any plan to ever be on it. Since its mainly Medicaid patients maybe its more clinic like where you wait all day? No idea how this works but this is ridiculous. I was referred by a girl at my doctors office but if you have your own insurance I highly recommend staying away from this office.~Melissa

Dr. Jenkins is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I am on my second high rusk pregnancy that Dr. Jenkins will deliver. He is throrough and walks you through every step. He doesnt rush when he is seeing you. It is a family atmosphere in the office.

The office was decorated nicely and dr J was a joy to speak with. I went there once for a pregnancy confirmation and to see if this was the office I wanted to proceed with. Unfortunately I will choose another alternative for the remainder of my pregnancy. The US tech seemed judgmental on whether or not my pregnancy was planned. Like it mattered at that point. I got lost in the shuffle at this place, after I was done seeing the dr I did not know where to go, no one was around to direct me to make a follow up appointment so I just left.

I HAD 2 MISCARRIAGES WHILE A PATIENT OF DR. JENKINS. BOTH TIMES I FELT HE LACKED SENSITIVITY TO WHAT I WAS GOING THROUGH.The last miscarriage was the worst. I was 10 weeks pregnant and came in for an ultrasound after 2 weeks of enduring confusion by his sonographer who thought she saw a heartbeat, then she didnt and then she did. This last visit was on a Friday and it was to confirm the last sonographer was right and there was a hearbeat. Dr Jenkins said it was to give me peace of mind. After the ultrasound the nurse came in and said I was possibly headed towards a miscarriage because they didnt see a baby/heartbeat. I was in shock. The Friday before Dr. Jenkins told me I could be excited because the sonographer thought she saw a baby. He never walked in during the ultrasound to confirm. I felt he should have since he himself thought this could be a blighted ovum but he didnt and I took him for his word. With this news, my head was spinning! The nurse told me she would text Dr. Jenkins to let him know the situation. He wasnt seeing patients that particular Friday. She reassured me he would call me asap as she knew I was concerned and scared. I wasnt bleeding or cramping so I wasnt sure what the next step was. I never got a call that Friday. Nor did he call Saturday or Sunday. It wasnt until 7pm on Monday that I received a call from Dr. Jenkins. I was so upset, I didnt answer nor did I listen to his message. Too little too late, in my opinion. I felt very much abandoned. By that time I had already found another doctor who confirmed, by an ultrasound he did himself, this was a blighted ovum. I also started bleeding that Monday right before my appointment with the new doctor. Although it was horrible I was happy to finally get some answers and from a doctor who seemed to understand the heartache of a miscarriage.The first miscarriage was 2 months before. I was only 3 weeks pregnant when I started bleeding heavily. This was my first pregnancy and I was devasted. I called Dr. Jenkins office and spoke to the nurse or CMA. It wasnt April. She took the message and said Dr. Jenkins would call me back. According to her, she needed to get my results from the blood work I had the day before to check my levels and show them to Dr. Jenkins along with passing on the news of my bleeding. After an hour or so she called back. She said Dr. Jenkins wanted me to go to the ER. I did and as soon as I got there they called Dr. Jenkins office and got my results. At this point my levels dropped to 9. With that they told me I was having a miscarriage. Of course they still took blood and did an ultrasound to confirm. They sent me home and said the miscarriage was naturally happening so there was nothing else to do. All of that could have been done by Dr. Jenkins. It was a Tuesday. He could have easily had me come in and saved me from a $5000 ER bill. Hell, a phone call from him since he had my results that showed I was miscarrying would have done. I got nothing!If I was 10 years younger and not having issues getting and staying pregnant, I would probably keep him as my doctor. Hes a nice guy. I really did like his personality. I just need more involvement from my doctor, especially when going through something as terrible as a miscarriage.

If you are looking for a OB office your search is over. I have been a patient of Dr.Torres for several years. She not only is very knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand , but is also very caring . The staff , nurses and, other doctors are very kind and welcoming.I would recommend this office and Dr.Torres over and over again.

I thought he was the best Dr., I even recommend him to other family and friends. In 2013, I was pregnant with my last daughter, I wanted to get a tubal ligation. He told me about the permanent birth control device, essure. He told me how much safer it was, no surgery, and faster recovery. He did not tell me that was made mostly of nickel or that, according insurance, it is surgery. Or that if you have any complications, you have to have a hysterectomy to get them out. After suffering from this device for the last 5 years, Bayer will no longer be selling it. It only took me a few months of research to find out how terrible essure is and I feel as though a Dr. is not only capable but obligated to do the same. Especially with any kind of permanent device!

I had a horrible clinical experience. The first time I went into the clinic to provide a urine sample there was already someone else’s urine where I was supposed to leave mine. Gross.This clinic submits all their referrals wrong. Dr. Falae and the front desk staff were not very personable. I was also never contacted back if I had a medical question for the doctor or nurse.

Staff is the worst. I went in as a new patient and knew i was going to be late ( I had no idea where the office was, they didnt inform me.. no biggie, i can do the searching on my own.)After calling and informing the staff, they were appreciative and told me to come in. Mind you i have two kiddos and am a stay at home, so getting a babysitter and all the extra jazz is a workout for the day... Anyways, i get to the doc and as soon as i walk in and talk to the receptionist she tells me that i need to reschedule, I looked shocked and told her that i called in and she proceeded to smurk and blow me off. She said she would speak to the nurse and askand informed that the the doc was not in yet and I might have a chance.. after waiting about 10 mins ( i dont think she even left her seat) called me up and told me i needed to reschedule.... DOC IS NOT EVEN IN YET!!! I called in, what is the deal!?!?!?!? .. I said no thanks, not really interested in being a patience here, her attitude was huge after that! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! if the staff is that bad, it is only a reflection of the DR.

I went here to check my IUD and I wasn’t sure what IUD I have, after the doctor checked me, she was sure I have 5 years IUD, then we find out after she pulled my IUD out it’s actually 10 years. I wanted them to get me the 10 years IUD but since the don’t carry the product they told me I should go to another OBGYN! I asked the person in there if she can refer me to any OBGYN that carry the product, she told me “call around the city if I were you!” Very Rude and so unprofessional! She told me it’s my fault why I let doctor took it out and I should know what IUD I have. This place don’t deserve any stars at all, but since I need to write this review I have to give 1 star which’s to much!

After my initial appointment, and paid bill. No other contact was made from this office. I had to call in for my results and the best she could say was it was normal. Nothing to help understand the process. Unprofessional.This is a business, patient retention Im sure is not high.Patient service did not appear to be a priority here.

Ob I went to before would just blow me off and not listen to anything I asked, just said oh thats normal and get is out the door as fast as possible, not Jenkins no matter how crazy he listens and tells you why something is happening and what to expect, great being a first time mom!

I just went there today for the very first time and Dr. Jenkins is very thorough and listens very well. He makes you feel comfortable and not rushed, hes genuine, caring and proactive I would highly recommend him!

I assume if everything goes well, they are okay. but once any tiny issue happen, the whole system are break and I do not feel they are care.Had an payment through FSA but try to get an correct receipt for claim. but after 2 personal visit, many phone calls, all the answer I get is No, I do not know, I am sorry.....and they can not email you, they can not mail you, they do not call back...... not very enjoyable experience there.

He was a OK doctor from what I remember only been with him for my 2nd half of my pregnancy BUT he basically missed my delivery (not his fault that 2 women were delivering at the same time) BUT hes also the one who implanted the Essure in me after 2 attempts (Feb 2013) it wasnt painless like he said & I dont remember him telling me any information maybe a brochure & now I will soon have to get a hysterectomy & Im only 28 so I cant look past that, Im very upset its been hell since Ive had it & I didnt understand why. .

Dr. Falae is not flexible with her patient at all. I don’t recommend going here. If it was zero stars available I would give it them

Dr. Falay,a god sent angel. So sweet so professional. I had an emergency that was not Gynaec related but I could not go to my PCP and her team and herself went above and beyond to help me out. Can’t thank them enough. She even personally called me to check on me. Being in the healthcare field myself I know it takes a lot for providers to address everyone’s needs and personally call them. You guys are amazing! God bless you all....

Dr. Ikwuagwu delivered my baby a couple of years ago and she was an amazing OBGYN. However, the wait time is ridiculous. I was waiting almost an hour to see the doctor. When I was finally seen, I felt like it was rushed. I had to find another OB.

I’ve been coming to this OBGYN clinic to see Dr.Roy for about 4 years and I love it. She’s a great doctor and all the other doctors there are great as well they have one of the best staffs also.

On July 17, I went to have my annual exam with Dr. Ramirez. I chose that clinic because of the reviews there were. The doctor was very attentive and kind. The problem is that it has been 2 months and they still cant give me the results. my exam and she said that between 7 and 10 days they were available and usually that is the case, I have called several times and they have not given me a solution. The last call I made was 2 weeks ago and they told me that they already had the results but the doctor did not I had time to read them and send them to me. For Gods sake, no clinic takes so long to give the results, therefore I do not recommend this clinic, it is not professional at all.
