I have insurance with a high deductible. Instead of using it for sick visits I go here and take my kids here. Things like respiratory, sinus, ear infections. It is very affordable and a fraction of what my copay would be.The doctors are so thorough. The staff are very nice. The place is very clean and usually there is no wait, and the most we’ve had to wait if there is a wait is 15-20min (and that’s only happened once).I highly recommend!

Dr very patient, checked my mom’s ear thoroughly before prescribing her with medication. Staff very friendly and polite.I’m very pleased with the overall service.

I was referred to this clinic by a family member and I am very happy with their services. Clean environment very nice staff and doctor. What I like was that the doctor actually explained and addressed my medical issues. I have been to a well known clinic in the past and expensive at that since I don’t have Insurance and I did not get the attention and service I received at Rubymed.

This place is great. The staff is so friendly and kind. The doctor is incredible. Doctor Rubildo was so patient and kind to us. My son fell off a bunk bed and had a clavicle fracture , she gave us a referral for x rays. It was all very inexpensive and such great service. You have to have an amazing heart to work with underprivileged people that sometimes don’t have access to expensive healthcare. Thank you for all of your help.

Excellent service: check-in/out and examination! Dr. Jesy is knowledgeable and was the first doctor after many visits to other places to take steps to investigate my symptoms. She explained the steps clearly and demonstrated care for my well being.

I went in with fever, body aches, congestion ,cough. Waiting time was less than 10 minutes. Very nice staff and the doctor listens to me and ask questions , he was very profesional and explain things carefully. I tested positive for flu. Got my shots there and my prescription was sent to the closest pharmacy. I am feeling a lot better. Thank you so much to Dr. Martinez

I went here with the understanding that I would be seeing a doctor or have access to one who could prescribe the medication I needed to help me. Not a medication that only a PA can write.I even stated what helped and didnt. Medications being sent in are a waste of my money, because they dont work for me. The website is very misleading and to top it off, I had to pay out of pocket because they will not take your insurance. The stars are for the friendliness of the staff. Theyre positive nice and polite.

Dr. Jesy was very professional and caring when I came in with an allergic reaction and hives all over , knowing I have allergies to some medications and steroids she was very cautious and knowledgeable how to treat me !! Her staff is very kind ! The clinic name is Clínica Hispana but do know for all the non Spanish speaking clients like myself yes they speak English and this clinic is very through yet you do not have to wait in waiting room for hours ,they took me in immediately , they don’t treat you like another number and don’t operate like robots they actually make eye contact , listen and are concerned for your better health! I’m so happy to have them in the neighborhood and they are open u til 11:00 pm! !

My experience here was fast and easy Dr. Jesy made me feel so comfortable talking to her and the nurses as well. Everything was clean and straight to the point.

Im a new patient, I went here due to the reviews and I was a little nervous about coming in at first but the staff is friendly, they communicate well and make sure you understand what is going on. Overall good environment and the office itself was neat and organized which made it a little more relaxing while waiting.

I can not stress how amazing this place is. If you want your life to be saved come here. My blood pressure was 171/113 and they immediately gave my oxygen and some meds to drop it. I was only in the waiting room for 5 mins if that. They ladies are amazing her. I will forever use this little GEM. It’s so clean in there and they were all so incredibly caring. Do yourself a favor and just go.

I rate this clinic 5 stars. My mother had some health issues today and the doctor who took care of her, Dr John, was very nice, and the staff was excellent. I definitely recommend them, as they focus on the person more than on the money, and don’t keep you waiting.

I brought my elderly father here and I have to say I was impressed with the way the doctor treats his patients. He treated my father with care and seemed genuinely interested in listening to him. It was our first time here and we’ll definitely be coming back.

I visited this clinic a few days ago with my daughter, and I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service from the phone call I made before visiting, to my exit at the end of the appointment.The Front desk representative was kind and helpful, she spoke in both Spanish and English languages.The doctor doing the examination to my daughter had a great bed manner and was very easy to communicate with, plus explained the diagnosis and the choices for treatment, as well as what she will need to do next if her allergies worsen.This was an in and out visit and great experience in general. No pressing for non-necessary injections nor labs. Just plain medicine for what was being diagnosed.I recommend this clinic and surely will go back if needed.

Since I arrived in this country I have gone to La Clínica Hispana Rubymed in Katy. I have my insurance, but I feel like Im in Venezuela when I attend a consultation here. Im still not used to the American medical system. The cost of the consultation is super affordable, the attention at reception from the entire group is spectacular, who draws your blood or prepares you before the doctors consultation (I dont know what their position is), is so sweet and explains everything so good. And in your own language. They are Latinos, I understand (Cubans, Venezuelans). Then you go to a consultation and tell him how you feel, (as a Venezuelan) what you have already done to alleviate the illness or what ails you, but that it cant wait any longer) and you have to see a general doctor or specialist. And you leave there happy that you took care of your health problem quickly. To Dr. Zenia, grateful, recommended 150 percent, to those who treated me before I apologize for not taking their names. Thank you thank you. Whenever they tell me that someone has a medical issue to attend to, I recommend the Hispanic Clinic.

From the person who took my data to the person who took my payment, they made the process very pleasant and efficient. The nurse who took care of me was friendly, professional and informative. The doctor showed a lot of empathy, compassion and knowledge. He asked me key questions to give me an accurate diagnosis. The indicated medications have been effective almost immediately. The consultation from arrival to departure lasted less than half an hour. This is my first time visiting them on the recommendation of two people. The cost was fair, I could say quite comfortable.
