NextCare Urgent Care Rio Rancho

I really dont care if they look up my name. I am complaining about the after visit. The visit itself was fast and forward. The after was not okay at all. They never updated my phone number so the doctor was calling the wrong number. I called to see why it was taking so long. Gave them my updated number once again and nothing. So i called again and was speaking to the front desk. After explaining to her i already updated my number why hasnt he called. She then told me the number they had was wrong again. She put me on hold to speak to him. She was away maybe 5 minutes. So the physician had his dam front desk tell me my diagnosis. First of all I have questions of my diagnosis and I cannot ask them to someone who may not even know half the things shes telling me anyway also HIPPA violation. Second off he had time to tell his front desk but couldnt take a minute to tell me himself. After finding out my diagnosis I was terrified with unanswered questions and sick to my stomach for days. I finally made an appointment with my Primary. I do not accept this behavior at all. I was very upset and I really didnt want to take it out on her and she was apologetic and honestly I know she was extremely uncomfortable telling me my diagnosis she was so unsure what she was telling me and was put in the fire by her physician. I couldnt imagine sending anyone there or myself going back.

I booked online as well as doing the check in paperwork online. The nice ladies at the front had me in, seen, and out in less than an hour. NP knew her stuff and interacted with me like my own PCP. Im in town on a long term work assignment, if I have need of medical attention again I will return there.

Great service here. Nurse practicer was very thorough and took the time to let me ask a few questions. The front desk staff are also pleasant and very polite and helpful. My husband and I were both seen by NP Eric Evans. He is very caring and took great care of both of us. Will definitely go back for any medical issues.

Convenient to schedule and not have to sit in a packed waiting room. The whole process was very quick, the physician took care of everything with very little wait time.Only negative for me, I’m a self pay patient and it was about double the fee I normally pay in an urgent care office at home but I was out of town visiting family so had to make sure I wasn’t contagious and needed to feel better.

I scheduled an appointment for 11am. I showed up and was told it would be virtual. The front desk associate said I received a text, I did not. She rescheduled me for later in the day because I really needed a chest X-ray. Multiple people in my home have had pneumonia this past week and I had the exact same symptoms. I came back for my appointment and the doctor said that based on my symptoms (the exact same ones as my family members) I did not meet the criteria for a chest X-ray. I pleaded with him to please just rule it out, he said no, and said he could test me for COVID and the flu. I left and went down the street to a Presbyterian urgent care and was diagnosed with pneumonia within 1 hour. Thank you for the waste of time and copayment. I will make sure everyone in the community knows to avoid NextCare in Rio Rancho.

We were visiting from our of town and my thumb got severely infected. I made an appointment. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. They were through with taking history. Health provider was knowledgeable explained what it was and how he would treat it . Called in antibiotics. The facility is immaculate and all staff was friendly and efficient.

This location seems understaffed and overworked. The employees I interacted with were rushed (but nice). However, the service I received was unacceptable.First, I had to schedule an appointment a few days later than I would have liked to ensure an in-person visit, only to be informed it would be virtual upon my arrival. If I had known it would be virtual anyways I would have scheduled a virtual appointment myself days earlier.Second, the telehealth provider I saw messed up the dose on my prescription and I ended up overdosing on the very first dose I took. I was up with poison control on the phone all night, luckily I made it through. I had to make another appointment the next day across town to see a provider in person to get the correct dose.The delay in treatment caused from both of my points above has allowed my condition to worsen, and considering the incorrect dose on my prescription causing an overdose… I won’t be back to this clinic.

We arrived at 9:30 am called in in 10 minutes for vital signs following with X-rays received nebulizer with bronchodilator + steroid got prescription and left at 10:20. U can’t beat that refreshing to get attended quickly. Nothing but praises 10+

The staff was friendly, neither the nurse or doctor seemed rushed and ensured all my questions were answered before completing the appointment. Later when I called with a prescription question the staff member who answered was kind, quick, and helpful! Would definitely recommend coming here.

Made appt same day for my son who had an ear ache. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. The Dr. was great and very thorough. The online scheduling was a breeze, I couldn’t believe it. We are military and they do except our insurance. Best Urgent care experience ever!

Update: They didnt even put in my referral. What a pointless visit.The doctor literally asked me what he should do about it. How about your job... youre the Dr Im not! How about tell me how to care for my injury when its getting worse instead of better. The receptionist asked me the same questions multiple times and didnt listen to my answer. Giggled like it was funny. She wasnt listening. She yelled the amount of my copay across the office at me, in front of everyone. Then, when I checked out she gave me someone elses discharge papers. Has she ever heard of hippa laws? Just unprofessional overall. Only the nurse was great.

Everything went by smooth. The doctor listened and he was able to find out I had bronchitis. I wasn’t able to see my doctor ever since the holidays of Christmas and New Year’s so this was my last resort and I’m glad I came.

I had the beginning of what turned out to be an infection. I had a mild dermatology procedure done. What caused the infection is debatable. The next care team was excellent in getting me on the schedule and treated. I was very pleased with the time and explanation of what to watch for and expect in a more serious possible turn out. Things are improving and Im hopeful for a complete recovery. Thank You!

Very disappointed. I took my son in for an X-ray and the doctors read the results incorrectly. They told us he did not have a fracture and sent us home. Hours later they called to tell me they were incorrect and that he in fact did have a fracture, a bad one. They didn’t offer to have him come in so they could give him a sling or stabilize it somehow. They just told me, on a Friday, to follow up with a specialist. Pretty mediocre care.

Not a good experience at this urgent care. They couldnt do anything for a dog bite and charged me over $300 to tell me to go to the ER. Why couldnt they say they couldnt do anything from the beginning and not charge me? The Web site said they could do stitches and specifically for animal bites...

I am truly saddened that while suffering from what could be pneumonia, I traveled for three hours, round trip, to Nextcare Rio Rancho. After making this long drive while very ill, I found out - despite having submitted all of y insurance info the day before - that they would not accept my insurance. I could not be seen. (As my condition is worsening, are any attorneys listening?) So I ask to file a formal complaint. The office admin gives me a number for Patient Liaison. I call. No answer. I leave a very serious message. No reply. Ive come to realize that it is not necessarily incompetence. I think they just dont care. I hope no one has t0 go thru what I have.

I am so angry! I initially thought this place was outstanding. Great reception, clean, etc. Have an excruciatingly painful infection of some sort. They took a swab, I was told itd be 2-3 days for the results. Called repeatedly on day two, no answer. Called on day three, and was told the results were in and the provider needed to look at them. Called repeatedly but still wasnt able to get results. This is day four, can barely walk. Called, no answer. I just need a damned prescription called in so that I can get on with my life!

Walk ins feel unwelcome here. Went in and waited for 30 minutes after I had to leave and make an appointment. Spent 5 minutes in a room with a doctor who just looked at me and gave me a prescription. Charged me $350 for just seeing me. Highway robbery is what this place specializes in. Go to any other doctor or urgent care. Might as well just go to the ER with those prices. I paid $350 for a prescription. DO NOT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE!

Great place! Scheduling over the phone was a breeze. I got a text with the link to upload all my info before my appointment. The clinic was nice and clean. Receptionist was friendly. FYI THEY DON’T ACCEPT APPLE PAY. Although I was still able to be seen. Nice and convenient for someone who doesn’t feel well!

No providers on site, only virtual visits. How do they get away and continue business as Urgent Care, and charge insurance and copay as an urgent care when its telemed!Stephanie, I shouldnt have been charged. This morning we used Teladoc with less wait time. People go to your facility for urgent in person medical needs. Your staff is turning people away to the ER or G&M, a competitor to handle their needs.

It was a long wait today but everyone was very nice and professional. The Doctor was very thorough and friendly!

It was a wonderful visit. Very hard working staff who handled a frustrated mother very well. They are so kind and informative and every time I go they take care of me.

It is really difficult these days to find good urgent care in Albuquerque. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The nurse who checked me in was pleasant and kind and listened to my concerns. Eric was the NP that I saw and he was awesome. Listened to me fully and treated me accordingly. Did not look at a computer the whole time or ask me the same questions over and over like I have experienced at other places. I am so appreciative of the care I got here. Thank you.

I had an appointment to be seen. Only waited a few minutes after arriving. CNP was knowledgeable and professional. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Good experience, first time visit.

I went into this facility, although I had some issues a couple of years ago. I have emphysema and copd. I was having flu symptoms, and had a cold a couple of weeks ago. So the problem is first your staff are not very friendly. Second I was given 2 xrays. The person that came into my room didnt introduce himself. I assumed he was a doctor, not very professional.He said he looked at my xrays. He said I had a mass in my lower left lung. I asked him what it was and he said, Im not a radiologist. I dont know how to read an xray. My concern was, and I told him this that I might have pneumonia. And he said it could be pneumonia. He wrote prescriptions and was told have a better day. I called lovelace and they told me to comein.. I told them everything that happened. I would like to speak with someone about this.

Did a video visit was told I had to go in to the clinic waited for an appointment then was told had to go to ER. It was a waste of my day and supposedly somebody was supposed to call me and talk to me. No one ever did.

I make an appointment do all the paperwork, get a text confirming my appointment then they send a text saying it’s virtual appointment.Then when I show up they tell me because they switched my appointment to a virtual one they won’t accept my insurance.I simple call before I drove 25 minutes would of been the professional thing to do.

This clinic has very kind and professional staff. I made an appointment here for my son for a sports injury based on information I found on their website about treatment options for sports injuries. Unfortunately, while the provider was a very nice guy, the only thing he offered for my son’s condition was an RX. He recommended he do some stretching and exercises but never gave my 13 year old any demonstrations, education, or even handouts on his condition. His advice was that we google them ourselves. The clinics website led me to believe we could get referrals for imaging and therapy which is why I made an appointment at this place, but we were told to follow up with a primary care doc for that. Ultimately, unless you’re just looking for meds, I don’t recommend this clinic for children’s sports injuries

Tried to call to ask questions and they dont answer there phones bad customer service 😒 So tried this place again never again my oxygen was between 80 82 they couldnt get me out of theres fast enough to they gave me excuses after excuses. Guess that conversation and that sucker she was eating while talking to us was good. Thanks for being there when someone needs health care. If they had a zero thats what i would have given you

So easy to make an appointment, then fill out my paperwork online prior to my appointment. I was given a time for my appointment, so I returned when it was my time. There was no waiting around at all. This was the easiest medical appointment I have ever had! I will absolutely return to this location again when I need to.

Ive always had great care here. I saw Eric (Evans?) today and he was phenomenal. He listened and asked questions, which make a huge difference in healthcare. I got the proper x-rays and meds for my issue. I feel confident in my recovery. I would recommend to friends and family.

I usually can’t stand the doctors office. This place was a delight. I was really amazed at how just friendly and nice it was there. Also, I had to cancel the day before and they were great about that so you can’t ask for more than that.

My husband had a really bad eye issue and I was able to get in the same day for an appointment. Was seen in the clinic after a short wait in the waiting room. The doctor was super nice and got us taken care of fast. The problem was with the pharmacy. Since it was a holiday the one we normally use was closed, but I wasnt aware of so we needed the prescription sent to another pharmacy. That was changed quickly but that pharmacy was out of that medication. So I needed it transferred or a new prescription sent somewhere else. The doctor already left for the day. The nurse or person from the front desk said shed take care of it for me in the morning. I was extremely grateful to her for going above and beyond for my husband. And I know that the medicine issues werent their fault but they did try to help in a quick manner for me to try to get it filled. I do really like your clinic staff for being able to go beyond normal care for their patients.Thank you again Erica Kemp

They took care of me really good and really fast. Dr Evans was kind and compassionate. He made sure I knew my plan to fix my arm and to follow up if I had any issues.

Very easy to book appointment online. Once there it was a nice facility. Felt like the staff was very attentive and took care of my needs.

Made an appointment, was told to get there 10 minutes early and let them know when I get there. When I walked in after check-in they said they didnt have anyone on sight to see me for my Injury, and only offered to cancel the appointment.

Great urgent care option. Set an appointment instead of waiting in a lobby for a long time. Timely and helpful staff.

I went in without an appointment and was able to be seen quickly. The staff were all very professional and friendly.

Horrible experience, I will never go to one of these ever again. From dealing with the lady at the counter to the physician. They let me walk out of there with dangerously high blood pressure 195/95, I ended up at an ER right after. I should have just went to the ER in the first place but they were no help what so ever.

Worst I have ever experienced. Asked for referral that they typed up but never filed it.Called to resolve and they never called back. What a waste of time and money. No stars or even a negative amount. Dont waste your time or health.

Although their own website and Google says they offer xrays at this location do NOT believe it. They do not have an xray machine at this location. Do not waste your time and money when you are in an urgent situation!

First time visiting this establishment, new to Rio Rancho and have visited a few Urgent Cares and Im happy to say this has been the BEST one. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Was able to make us an appointment within the hour, not a long wait. My husband really liked Dr. Evans. The service and care was excellent. We plan to continue coming to this Urgent care when we need it. I do recommend it.

I gave a star only so I can right this review. The doctor or whoever we saw deserves no stars and needs training. He needs to learn to introduce himself, wear a name badge and actually check the patient over and ask questions that pertain to the problem. He did not check the heartbeat, lungs, etc. He said he could not help. He only could help with a cough, cold, fever or STD. Horrible place, will not recommend or go back.

Dr Evan’s was thorough and so very efficient. He listened and had great bedside manner.

I phoned to ask about services provided to see if I should come down there for a goat head stuck in my finger and is infected. The receptionist said they couldn’t treat that there and then refused to let me speak to anyone else that worked there including when I asked to speak with a supervisor. This is about as urgent care as it gets and it’s pathetic that I was (probably incorrectly)told it couldn’t be treated there. Take my money elsewhere, permanently.

Went online and made an office appt. Filled out couple things on my phone pressed to checkin on line got there 15 mins early was greeted and asked to take a seet. Was called and after breif wait was taken to give vitals and weighed waited another short wait then the doctor came and discussed the issue and the treatments and I was treated and was able to leave within an hour of my original spot. Very nice caring professional and getting the prescription for the Walgreens on Southern and the Highwsy was as easy as driving up to the window. Very smooth professional way of dealing with a health issue. Thankyou people Too notch care

Im surprised to see so many positive reviews. My 8th grade, fully vaccinated son came home from school with a large, small orange sized lump in the middle side of his neck after complaining of neck stiffness the day previous. I took him to this urgent care. PA examined him and came back to us with a print out of the very same google search I had done previously, from home.... diagnosis: mumps. We were very surprised and pointed out to the PA that the swelling was not along the jawline like in the google search pics and that the swelling was only on one side. He insisted that he was correct in his diagnosis. We were sent on our way with directions to monitor and let him rest and recover. I called his school to let them know he had the mumps because, infectious disease. They sent us to the CDC to be tested. Test came back negative. It was not the mumps. Took son to the UNM Sandoval ER because now his neck was even more swollen and we still didnt have a diagnosis. We recieved an Immediate diagnosis of a severe lymphatic system infection. We were sent by ambulance to the UNM pediatric hospital where he spent 5 days on IV antibiotics and then another 7 days on oral antibiotics. We were told we were so lucky it had not burst because he would have immediately gone septic. Long story short. This urgent care clinic did a google search and got it horribly wrong. Have never been back.

Horrible service and attitudes! Twice I have booked for services only to get there and be told they cannot provide said service. The receptionist IS RUDE and doesnt care that a sick or hurt person wastes time and energy and laughs, because according to her she gets paid regardless DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.. GO WHERE THEY CARE

The online check in and paperwork website is super easy and helped get me seen fast! The doctor was helpful and easy to understand. They offer Drs notes for work. The check in desk clerk was a sweet heart. The triage nurse was nice and thorough. Definitely a great place to go to. Quick and easy!

They changed my appointment to a virtual appointment without notifying me. Then said my insurance wont cover virtual visits. Hmmm maybe thats why I booked an office visit. Waste of time

All Ive been doing is running back and fourth Ive been injured for a month and nobody here knows what they are doing just like my insurance claim case workers

Excellent experience, given the circumstances. I did not have my son’s insurance card but the woman at the desk put in extra work and was able to find it. The wait time was minimal, triage nurse very kind and the provider was very warm and understanding.

Went to this location in Rio Rancho after getting terrible service at the Golf Course office. This place was amazing! Victoria the receptionist was so friendly. Dr Eric was so caring and wonderful. He took time to listen to me and my concerns. I felt well taken care of when I left. I will definitely only come to this location from now on.

Theres never anyone here who can actually help I think this place is a huge scam they cant even tell you if they can help you at the front desk when you ask if theres a provider that can write prescriptions these people are stupid dont waste your money

I went in with symptoms that werent ordinary, and was told to get a PCP. I am in the process of doing that but cant be seen until a couple months out.All in all, nothing was done, nothing was recommended, a referral was made for testing to be done, but made to absolutely no where.

Able to make appointment the same day. Check-in very easy. Roxanne was great. She apologized for the wait (it wasnt very long though). She was caring and very efficient. Eric, the provider, was also great. Very good bed-side manner. Explained everything and made sure my questions were answered. This is my go to Urgent Care clinic every time.

Scheduling was easy. The service was timely and professional. I am completely satisfied and will recommend this clinic to family and friends.

I would give this only half a star if possible. After I fill everything out online to get an appointment. I arrived early in hopes of getting seen quicker. Then I’m told that they don’t accept my insurance.Why not tell me that when I’m filing out my information? I might have been seen elsewhere that does accept my insurance. I wasn’t going to take it out on the person who told me, I was waiting to be able to do this online. By chance this doesn’t get posted I will be taking a screenshot.

Not a fan of Wikipedia knowledge when I’m in desperate need for medical attention. I waited over an hour to be lectured on how little bananas provide potassium and told I couldn’t be helped when it came to imaging to check on a possible bowel obstruction. Completely stunned by the lack of professionalism and listening skills provided by the woman who saw me.I went to Duke City Urgent care where they had NO problem ordering imaging for me and provided care within 30 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Not updating your patients and leaving them locked in a treatment room for over an hour is beyond me.

I went to UC 2x for a rash and was given a referral to Dermatology. I called a Dermatology office and was told that in order to make an appt, that NCUC had to fax over the referral. I called to see if they could do that and they stated they only send out referrals when requested. I explained my situation to the gal on the phone and she said there was nothing she could do. So I have a referral that is sitting in limbo, and NCUC and the DERM office are not budging on processes to help someone get medical care. Gotta love our Medical System these days. I will not be coming back to NCUC any longer for any of my needs, this experience turned me off completely.

The worst Urgent Care whatsoever, Wait is an hour longer than stated . They wont send your meds into the pharmacy till 2 days later. They dont listen and rather you suffer than actually prescribe you what you need and or actually send it in. this place is a joke

Same PA. Received new Rx as Cipro did not work this time. Good service. Easy in and out.

A bit of a wait for an urgent care location, but I went and ran an errand or two, and came back...time for my appointment...so it wasnt too bad; for a walk-in, REALLY not bad...less than half an hour. Good friendly staff, quick efficient examination, and hopefully (pending application of prescribed medication), resolution of the issue I came in with.Id go back, if necessary. Lets hope I DONT need to go back.

I arrived here this am and was told it would be a virtual visit. I wasn’t told , however, that it would be an over two hours wait to be seen by a virtual provider. The front desk lady has a lack of empathy and professionalism. She seemed bothered when I alerted her my virtual visit was disconnected. When the provider did come on she didn’t introduce herself. I realize there is a shortage of providers but I refuse to accept low standards because of this. When I mentioned I was disappointed to have to wait for an excessive amount of time to be seen she said they have 30 patients and only two providers. Firstly, tell the customer this at the time of check in to anticipate a very lengthy wait so we can make an educated decision as to accept this long wait or not. Secondly, we are the customer. We shouldn’t feel like we need to be made wrong when complaining about such a terribly long wait.

Everything was seamless and so professional. Staff was awesome, facility was great and honestly it was the best experience we’ve had in years with regards to a medical appointment. Highly recommend especially for high school sports physicals.

We were treated with kindness, patience and professionalism. The injury was addressed promptly and efficiently. I can definitely recommend NextCare Urgent Care.

We have always had great experiences here, but today was different. We walked in, my son is actually crying because he feels so terrible and the woman at the desk tells us, sorry, the spots for today are full. We can see him tomorrow. This is at 2 in the afternoon by the way. WHAT?!? How does an URGENT care fill up appointments?!? What is urgent about that?! How are you not even going to let us wait for a gap between patients? Its terrible. Turn away a 4 year old who is seriously hurting, but keep the URGENT Care on your building and in your title?! Unethical. Dont waste your time stopping here if you really need help, for real.

The receptionist/intake person was very helpful.  She did her best to get me in and out as she could with my case being a Workmens Comp. case with extra paperwork.   You can tell she truly loves her job and serving and helping people even when theyre coming to urgent care with an uncomfortable situation

I have become so disappointed with this location. I booked a visit online. I received confirmation and even a reminder. When I showed up for my appointment I was told I couldnt be seen for 2 hours because they were virtual that day and only had one provider for all of their locations. I asked what good was my appointment and why was it confirmed if it wasnt actually going to happen at the scheduled time. I was just told again that they were virtual and only had one doctor. None of this explains why I was able to schedule and even got a reminder for the time I booked when they knew that no one would be able to see me when I came in. So poorly run. I am very disappointed.

Okay why schedule me an appointment at 3:15 and now 3:45 and still sitting in the waiting room!!!! The waiting sucks but doctor great!

Next/LAST In care!! This place let a walk in take my daughters appointment while actively struggling with asthma and breathing issues!? No questions or nothing, just take a seat. Do YOU ALL UNDERSTAND EMERGENCIES!? ARE YOUR REPS TRAINED at all....!?Going to file a complaint as NO ONE should ever bring their kid in with breathing emergency issues and get turned away! Obviously they werent bad enough for an e.r. visit, hence why i chose urgent care .... I learned my lesson. Urgent care doesnt care, even if a kid is in a current asthma attack, they Will Not Help!!V. B. Front desk member made it clear Next Care is not only Next in care, but last. Going to be sure i get the word out as much as i possibly can to my sister businesses and their crew members as well. No longer recommending this place as they apparently dont understand emergency or even medical situations!?But yet, when asked...i was told to blame management. So i will. And Continue sharing and spreading the world until Im out of breath, at this point. No one should ever be treated this way. Including children!!!

For a busy location all the staff were friendly and professional. Have been to this location three times now and always have had a good experience.

Brought my son in to be seen. As late as it was, and hated to do that to all who worked. They accepted us with smiles and PATIENCE! We are very grateful for the NP who caught a pretty serious issue on the X-ray performed. She was also so kind to give us a referral for semi quick service at the ER.I did not catch everybody’s name but the young lady up front and 2 gentleman in the back were amazing and very caring to my son. We will definitely be back with any future needs. Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart and again I am SO sorry for taking him in right before you all closed.

Daniel, Terrance, and the office receptionist (sorry that I didn’t get her name) were all chairing and friendly. The lobby was clean and spacious with plenty of seating. I would return to this location again!

It was our first time coming to one of these clinics. Hubby and I drive OTR and are originally from Texas so we didn’t know where to go until we called around to various and found this clinic. Called ahead to confirm that they were able to do DOT physicals. Hubby and I both needed ours. Our truck is 40’ so we can’t just go to any place without first making sure we fit in the parking lot. We came in as walk ins and thankfully they took us right into the line up. Don’t be discouraged by the wait list as it told my husband we would be seen at 7:40pm after checking in around 1:30pm that day. No guarantees on how long anyone else will take but we were in and out way before that. All the staff was super friendly and provided great customer service. I’ve already recommending it to any drivers I know. Thank you all for a pleasant experience!

My daughter had an appointment at 12:30pm. Was in pain and needed her prescription filled. They couldn’t manage to forward the prescription to Walgreens before the urgent care center closed. She has to wait until the next day now. In all my 63 years I’ve never encounter such poor service on such a simple task!!!Take her money and can’t follow through! Not professional! Maybe this is why that on a Saturday there was only other patient there in and out. A ghost town.

Dont feel like the providers did a good job. I went in for a simple ear cleaning and I still cant hear. Its been 2 weeks and they told me to take sufaded. I paid outa pocket since I dont have insurance and this happens to me at least once a year and know for a fact theres wax lodged in there. Its been very frustrating trying to go about my normal days and feeling off balance

I appreciated that the doctor and staff were very friendly and the doctor listened and knew exactly what prescribe to get me back to being well.

The front staff, and tech assisting me were incredibly friendly, and pleasant. I received a text as I pulled into the parking lot informing me a X-ray tech would not be available until the afternoon, which was beyond unprofessional when it comes to giving any appropriate advanced warning, and the wait time was horrible. I had an appointment, and still waited 1 hour 10 minutes before I was seen. The provider’s bedside manner was poor. When giving me reference to where I would find the X-ray location the doctor implied I would know because it was near a brewery. I don’t drink, so that was a little confusing. And she questioned me with tone as to why I waited to come in as long as I did. I’m sorry, I needed to wait until I had active health insurance. I won’t be returning, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The staff was courteous and friendly, 5 stars for them. And they did a great job fitting me in a busy schedule. My only complaint is the design of the waiting room. The lighting is poor(overhead florescent) and doesn’t have a good feeling for the long wait times.

Awful experience. Never going to NextCare again and will make sure to spread that sentiment to my friends and family. I’ve received much more comprehensive and empathetic care at PresNow. Med tech scared me to death with her personal experience making me feel like I may have to have my uterus removed because she did, and provider (she didn’t give me her credentials…NP?? PA?? MD??) was rude the entire duration of the video visit. I was told there was not a doctor on site, but I asked if they could still order imaging and was told they could (not in my case, of course, so that was a waste of a copay). Provider made sure to berate me by telling me I have a chronic issue, not an urgent one, so not only did I waste my money and time, I now feel like an idiot for seeking help at all. I hope that provider finds her bedside manner and empathy.

The Rio Rancho location is great! Staff was very efficient and friendly. Nextcare allows you to schedule an appointment online making the wait time much less than a walk in urgent care visit . I was in and out quickly vs hours I have waited at other Urgent care centers.

I have been seen at least twice a year since 2017 at this location for Urgent Care with various illnesses and I have not had a bad experience not a single time. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Urgent Care facility especially if you have Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico. The Dr. Has ALWAYS been attentive to my needs and has diagnosed me correctly every time.

Worst urgent care they are currently at capacity with three cars in the lot. This place always seems to disappoint. They just need to close of they cant handle more then 2 people

Make an appointment online. Will save you lots of time. They take walk ins but you usually have to sit and wait for a long time.The appointment went very well. It was quick and efficient. The staff was very friendly , the practitioner was thorough, and I could tell she really cares. I would definitely recommend this place.

One of the best experiences Ive ever had at any doctors office. No seriously. Checked in and was given an estimate of how long the wait would be and an option to wait in my car. The estimate given was spot on. The check-in application worked well and kept me updated with my place in line while I waited in my car. All of the people here are genuine, professional and personable. Very good experience. They also do not force mask wearing which was so greatThis will be the first place I go to the next time I need urgent care.

Waited over an hour for scheduled appointment while others with later appointment times were taken ahead. Receptionist said she had made a mistake when approached about the long wait. Nurse practitioner could not handle the nonemergency problem. Was charged despite the wait and inability to assist medically.

I didnt get there till late but that NP is a real piece of work. I wont be back.

First time using NextCare. They got me in super quick, diagnosed my issue, and got a script sent to my pharmacy. Staff is amazing! I highly recommend.

I made an appointment due to left abdominal pain. When I got to my appointment and told them my name the person checking me in said oh! I was meaning to call you! We wont be doing your appointment today. We dont do scans on Thursday. When I asked why she didnt call me she said she forgot. When I asked why they cant see me without a scan she said they just wouldnt. I drove here in pain for an appointment just for the receptionist to just so happened to forget to tell me that they refused to see me.

I first tried to call, and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. I gave up and drove there. The receptionist was very bubbly and helpful and made me an appointment for 3 hrs later. I was very sick but came back at my appointment time. The Pa was running late but the nurse informed me & offered me a drink. I really liked the PA, Diane. She was helpful in explaining what I had, and prescribed the medication for me. Overall it was a good experience. Because I was sick I wish they would’ve answered the phone so I didn’t have to make 2 trips. I like the idea of making appointment so there aren’t a lot of sick patients in the waiting room. Please improve the call line!

I had an appointment. When I arrived 10 minutes early, there was no one in the lobby at all. They took me back and put me in a room for over an hour and did not even check on me. I eventually left without being seen, or checked on and went to another place. I was in and out of the other place within 15 minutes with a prescription. All I needed was for them to check my throat and give me a prescription.When I have an appointment, I expect to be seen within a half hour of that appointment time, or at least checked on and notified the wait will be longer.This facility does not follow any standards of care that I could tell and I will never consider them for care in the future as they do not provide care that I could see at all.

I went in for a scheduled visit just to be told by the receptionist “oops we should’ve sent you a text that it was going to be a virtual visit, guess we didn’t. They won’t be able to do a physical exam, do you still want the appointment?”(what a waste to get out of work early to go, just get told this) I said yes so long as I’m still a to get a referral for the ultrasounds and X-ray I need…. she said YES I’ll be able to..… no I didn’t get them. When I asked if I can get the referrals the dr I had Alex told me no, they don’t do that over virtual but if I’m still in pain come back when a dr is here in house on Sunday…BUT!!! Before I was even called back a lady came back pissed off from just being there because they GAVE her a REFERRAL for a X-RAY and sent her off to a place that didn’t have a tech to do the exam… so why was she able to get a referral for what she needed but I wasn’t??? Also when I was checking out I told the receptionist by the way the information you gave me was wrong they didn’t give me a referral and she looked at me with a face of confusion and if I was wrong…

This location is horrible. Closed half the time. Once was sent home with the flu and a different location had to figure out it was the flu. That Dr just sent me home with a Zpak and left it at that. Tried to take my daughter there tonight it was 7:35pm They close at 8. Online said they were still taking walks ins. My daughter is crying in pain. I asked if they are still open. She said yes but not seeing anymore patients until tomorrow. They were 3 of them just sitting there.She told me to take my daughter to the emergency room. The petroglyphs location is amazing!! Will from now on be taking my family to that one even if it’s a little further. Dr and staff at the petroglyphs location have been the best! Go there if you don’t mind driving a little further.

Lady who examined me spoke very condescendingly and didn’t really listen to my problems, or ask many probing questions, and kept cutting me off. Seemed like she just wanted to write me off and make me feel like an idiot. Visit was a waste of time. About as helpful as a quick google search—in fact, even less so, because she started off saying that’s what I should do.

Great experience. Came as a walk in on a Saturday afternoon, time from check in to check out was only 32 minutes. We could wait in the car. They were kind and helped in the way we expected. Thanks!

I really try to avoid this urgent care because of the poor experiences I’ve had in the past but really needed to go in for some extreme pain I was having (this is one of the only places around who accepts my insurance). Scheduling online and check in was fine however once I got to the back it all went down hill. The X-ray technician did my triage and was very dismissive from the start even to the point of reviewing medications as “whatever this is” while looking at the chart. Then once I waited for 45 minutes the provider came in, didn’t even introduce herself, and started with “So there is nothing I can do” before even listening to my symptoms or reviewing medical history with me. I am extremely disappointed in the “care” I received.

Yesterday was my first visit, and I am really impressed with most of the staff at the NextCare in Rio Rancho. The Medical Assistant and the Provider that saw me were fantastic; Super efficient and friendly. I am happy with the care! The front desk ladies could have been more friendly. I didnt have to wait more than about 25 minutes from the time I checked in to when I was seen. A text message was sent to me showing my place in line, while they had me wait in my vehicle. I will check in online next time, since I saw that there were 3 people ahead of me who had registered online ahead of time who werent even in the building yet. My script was sent over to my pharmacy and filled about 20 minutes later. The place was clean, but the walls were thin enough to hear what was being said in the other room and outside my door. Overall, Ill go back again if I cant get into seeing my primary on short notice. Im glad we have that as an option here. Thanks NextCare!

Filled out all the paperwork. Waited for 20 minutes only for the receptionist to tell me it will be 300 up front to see the doctor. My insurance has not kicked in at this point. No idea why the receptionist could not be upfront when I walked in.After my insurance was in effect; I Went in to give them another opportunity…. They misdiagnosed me completely. I had to go to another clinic four days later to get the proper medical evaluation and treatment.

I was so blessed today to enter into Nextcare. They had the best customer service out front the medical professionals where great listeners and communicatere. I was in and out pretty quick due to timing. I am thankful for Nexcare

I came into NextCare because of an eye ailment. I was efficiently checked in and then saw a medical assistant who checked my weight, blood pressure, temperature, and oxygen levels.Next, I saw a nurse practitioner who was extremely thorough in examining my eye. What impressed me most was her straight forwardness. She explained what she would do and any limitations in her procedures. I was encouraged to see my optometrist.I left feeling that she had been thorough, clear, and most importantly, honest.Based on my experience, I would most definitely recommend NextCare for situations that are not super serious. I got in and out with a positive experience in a MUCH SHORTER! time than visiting an ER.I am an old geezer who was happy to learn that they accept Medicare.

The guy who checked me in, Brent did a wonderful job. He was spot on! I did not wait long and the Dr. Came right away. I was out within 30 minutes. Great Job Team!

Second time in the last 6 months that we arrived at an appointment only to be told that there was no provider available. Understand staffing issues but not why appts are scheduled or that we arent notified. (We were told they called but phones dont show any attempt either time. Confirmed they were given correct number.) Texted that a revised appointment had been made at another location for 9:45 a.m. today. Turns out they were wrong and someone made appt for 3 pm when son will be working.

Last time I came here I left a one star review. It was horrible. I was so hesitant to go back this week, but had to get my kid seen. It was probably the best experience I’ve had at a healthcare facility. Walked in and was greeted with friendly conversation and quick service. Was told an hour long wait, which was fine, I was expecting to have to sit in the waiting room but we were placed into a room shortly after. The tech, Bret, was super friendly and professional. He made it easy to wait for the provider. Checked in on us multiple times, brought us water, and kept us updated on wait time. The NP was friendly and informative. She was thorough and made my kid feel comfortable.A completely different experience from the last. Couldn’t have been happier.

Staff is always friendly. Walk-Ins are technically allowed but this location books out quickly for appointments. I recommend making your appointment early.

Hands down the best experience Ive ever had at an urgent care. We all get sick or injured sometimes and nobody likes taking time out of their days to go to the doctor. The staff here are absolutely lovely. They make the process quick and painless so you can get on the path to recovery. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Keep up the great work and keep showing that amazing kindness to all your patients.

NextCare Urgent Care was a blessing closer to my home than going to the local hospital. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. I got my prescription called in and I picked it up on the way home. Grateful for this place.

Great customer service by the entire staff. I was very pleasantly surprised. Most dr office’s especially urgent cares the staff tend to be short because they are so busy. These people were all friendly and patient. I was even offered water while waiting to be seen!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Booking appointments online is pointless. They are just early check ins. There is never an xray tech. Which makes no sense since people may need the xray. So all you do is sit and wait forever... To just get evaluated and sent off somewhere else 10/10 say do not come here unless it I something simple and you have time to waste. They even refused to give a referral for an xray on my ankle which i injured 10 years ago. But supposedly its a follow up so they wont do it.. This place I will not be coming back to.

Recently moved to New Mexico and don’t have primary care or insurance yet and I’m asthmatic. The staff was wonderful in every encounter I had. From the agent scheduling my appointment telephonically who was so nice, the front desk staff who was extremely helpful, Brett the intake person who was polite, professional and funny, to Scott my practitioner who was thorough yet succinct, personable, kind, and professional. I wish he could handle my primary care…great energy. I was so pleased that my husband made his appointment for tomorrow to deal with his migraines!! Thanks everyone for making me feel comfortable!

Very clean facility. Accepted my insurance and I didnt have to wait very long. I was very impressed. Although, I was a walk in. The care I was given from staff along with the provider. Who by the, was amazing!!!! She was very knowledgeable, and gave me alot of information regarding my care and diagnosis. I was very happy and pleased. I felt so much better once I left. I am thankful!

Doctor didnt seem to really show interest. Told me to go to VA Hospital emergency. Receptionist was very nice and so was technician.

Got turned away with my one year old daughter who had a 103 fever because they were “at capacity”. There was 1 person in the waiting room. I get being busy but please don’t turn away a sick baby who is needing help.

Made an appointment and showed up 10 minutes early. Staff said it would be 2 1/2-to-3 hour wait. Went home to start dinner. They called after 1 hr 10 minutes. I was about 10 minutes away and got back right away. Waited about 2 minutes in lobby and was seen. The nurse was great and Crystal, the doctor, was fabulous. The woman at the reception desk, as well as the doctor, apologized for the wait and thanked us for our patience. Would be 5 star except for the issue with the initial wait.

My daughter needed to get seen I made the appointment ahead of time the day of I get a call saying if you can give us a call to get some information for your daughter so I proceed to call, only for the lady to tell me they weren’t able to get my daughter in due to the doctor not being there.. I said okay so can I reschedule cuz she needs to get seen, she then asked what the visit was for I let her know hoping she would understand the urgency of getting my daughter seen and she pretty much said oh your gonna have to look around for another provider that is available was disappointed the lack of care and non apologetic she was and confused to why she would ask the reason if she didn’t help further to get my daughter in future time worst customer service especially in health care..

When we needed to use Nextcare, they only had one doctor in that day. We were only there for a couple hours and they were slammed, at 10 walk-ins plus scheduled appointments. The staff did great and the doctor was amazing. We got what we needed addressed thoroughly.

I took my father-in-law to this urgent care and the whole appointment couldnt have gone better. The woman at the desk was very helpful and nice. She even opened the door for us, as my father-in-law was in a wheelchair. The wait times were better than I expected. Scott was professional, knowledgeable and kind and listened well. He even included next steps in care if my father-in-laws condition recurred. I will recommend this Ugent Care to my friends. Thank you all for being so nice to us and taking such good care of my father-in-law.

The only thing I would say negative is that when I called the location about an appointment and the lady said she had availability at 7pm and to wait in my car until I received a text to come in. Well at 7:20 I went inside because I had not received a text and the receptionist didn’t show me as having an appointment and they closed at 8pm. Well she said I could be accepted as a lock in but could take up to two hours to be seen. I decided to wait.From the time I went in to the time I left was amazing customer service and I couldn’t have been more pleased! It didn’t take two hours and the nurses kept me posted throughout my time waiting in the exam room! It was a good experience and YES I would definitely recommend Nextcare!

Overall happy with my daughters visit, but the providers attitude was quite abrasive while discussing her symptoms. His bedside manner improved and he was even pleasant after that. Perhaps it is a sign of burnout but it is the only complaint I have. Front desk and check-in staff were great.

Easily the most doctor in a box place Ive ever been to.Only reason its getting 2 stars and not 1 is because the front desk and my nurse was super nice and accommodating.Went in with a complaint of an off and on 104 fever.Got tested for covid and strep, both negative.The doctor actually said idk why you have these fevers but you dont have a big one now, what would you like me to do.?Your job, would be a start.The doctors note she wrote read like a toddler wrote it to get out of work.So big reason for this review is that I was so angry and upset that I just went into ER, boom, within 30 min. I was retested for strep and thats exactly what I had. Positive test. I dont mind people making a mistake but she was so cold about it. Super amateur. Cheers.

Signed up for an in person appointment. Got there only to be offered a virtual appointment. Front desk lady lied to me and told me I did not have an appointment scheduled and then cancelled it as I was walking out the door. Weird how she managed to cancel an appointment she claimed I didn’t have.

I did wait over 45 minutes in an exam room but it was worth it. Doctor knew just how to help. She was very kind and helpful. I’m glad I went to this NexCare Urgent Care in Rio Rancho.

The app and process to be seen had some confusion but the staff was really friendly and great with getting it explained and working through it all. The doctor was very nice and efficient. However, the process after the visit was frustrating. It has been 5 days without any word on test results, when trying to call the local office it forwards you to the 800 number Im assuming, the gold times are horrendous, and the first time I actually got a rep she said she had to transfer me to the local clinic which reroutes you to the same 800 number. I went to a different company for the same test and already got the same results back.

It was our first time. Brought my son in for an ear infection and there was 2 people ahead of us. The wait wasn’t that long and the whole process was SO quick. The nurse brought us into the room and the doctor came in immediately. In and out in less than 10 minutes once we got called. Very impressed.

I had been in a horrible car accident, being rear ended 24 hours ago. I started feeling immense pain overnight and was referred to NextCare by my wife who is a Registered Nurse. I was absolutely delighted with my treatment at NextCare. It was an extremely clean, exceptionally run facility. The staff was empathetic and quick to facilitate all my needs and provide me maximum comfort and customer service. My wait time was extremely low and all the other patients were visibly comfortable and happy with their service as well. The Physicians Assistant and nurse that treated me were amazing, incredibly knowledgeable and really showed they cared a lot. I have NEVER had a medical experience that even comes close to how well things went at NextCare. All paperwork and documentation was handled quickly, accurately and I received great assistance with that also. would absolutely HIGHLY recommend you use NextCare for your needs. This is a legitimate Happy and satisfied review from a real patient in a terribly upsetting situation. NextCare is amazing! 5 of 5 stars just PERFECT! Thank You to NextCare!

We had a really good experience at this NextCare. Everyone was friendly and professional. They strictly adhered to social distancing guidelines. We Arrived ten minutes before our appointment time and the CNP greeted us in the parking lot. We had no wait time at all. We saw CNP Perciful for a nasal swab for my daughter. My daughter was really scared but the CNP was able to put her at ease and get her laughing. They got us in and out quickly.

We booked online and we seen within 10 minutes of arriving. The medical staff were very professional and helpful and made my daughter feel at ease when dealing with a pretty gruesome cut. Very pleased with the medical care and attention my daughter received. Will definitely go back if ever needed.

I arrived an hour early and still didn’t get seen until passed my appointment time. Was told I would get a follow up phone call with my X-ray results from the radiologist which never happened. I also have heard nothing about my prescription. Every time I call the “clinic” I get some nation wide answering service. Absolutely do not recommend.

I don’t plan on going there ever again! No bedside manner’s by the provider, I could hear her talk about other patients and their need for narcotics and how she does not prescribe them. The MA/RN didn’t do my strep test correctly she swabbed my tongue and not my throat, her nails too long for working in a clinic. Not once did I see anyone use hand sanitizer or wash their hands. I didn’t even see any sanitizer around. When calling for my results, the gal on the phone was extremely rude! What a waste of money and time!! I could have gotten better care from somewhere else!! And I’m sure corporate will reply with some lame “I’m sorry to hear about your experience, blah blah blah” 😕

Was able to get same day appointment for a physical for my son. Care from provider was amazing. We did wait a little while but the place and people were friendly and kept us updated. Would visit again.

Very disappointed in this clinic. I scheduled an appointment yesterday (3/29/23) at 2pm. I arrived at 1:30 and did all of my registration online. When I walked in, I advised the receptionist that I had checked in online. From what Im guessing, it didnt work because she asked me for my information again and said ok, I have you checked in. I sat down and immediately received a text saying that my video visit was scheduled and to confirm. I asked the receptionist what this was about and she said that they did not have a provider available so it would be a video visit. This should have been told to me when I made the appointment! After agreeing to be seen via video I get another text telling me that my video will begin at 2:45 pm. What????? My appointment was for 2pm!!!!! I then tell the receptionist that my appointment was scheduled for 2 and she said that there were walk-ins ahead of me. Why even schedule an appointment?????? When I finally get taken into a room, I sit in front of a laptop and wait another 20 mins for a doctor to enter the chat/video. He was not too friendly and not too bright. We in New Mexico get the bottom of the barrel doctors because nobody wants to work in this state. I went in for a sore throat and an earache. The doctor told me to go home and take at least 2-3 Covid tests and if one came back positive, to call back and he would prescribe me something. I at least thought one of the MAs would check my throat or ear but nothing! I went home with no resolution. Thanks a lot NexCare! Im sure you were quick to bill insurance for a bullsh*t appointment. NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY TIME AT THIS FACILITY.

I was able to get the care I needed for an injury I had. The providers were thoughts and sensitive. I recommend going here and I advise getting an appointment ahead of time, as it is fairly busy at this location.

Routine type visit. Although, after we left, we noticed I had inadvertently left my travel mug there. When we returned, they could not find it.

Checked in with no prior appointment. Filled out new account forms on my phone which was relatively easy but took some time. Wait time on a Saturday morning was estimated at about 2.5 hours but actually was only about an hour. All personnel were very professional and efficient. Would definitely use this facility for Urgent care in the future.

I found the front desk staff to be very kind and helpful. The wait to see the doctor was a very long time but she made up for that. I wish she could be my PC! She was wonderful in trying to help me figure things out. Ultimately I was sent to the ER because my issues were greater than I expected.

It was so easy signed in on line filed out the forms so when I arrived all paper work needed was done. My appointment was at 1 only had to wait 10 minutes. I was extremely satisfied. I would go back if I needed too. Thanks NextCare Urgent care.

We appreciated getting in as quickly as we did. The wound only required a couple of stitches, but accidents dont happen on a schedule. Thanks to the staff who stayed late to get us home!

The ease of finding and quickly scheduling an appointment online was a relief and greatly appreciated when I was felling very unwell and under the weather. I really liked having the insurance information auto filled by scanning the insurance card with my phone. Upon arrival, I was triaged in less that 10 minutes and I saw the provider very shortly after that. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and gave me great care. I am so glad to have such a great first experience.

Just took my one-year-old son to get seen. Office was so clean. Reception was friendly and professional. Doctor was amazing. She didnt treat us like we were just a number. She actually reassured me and made me feel so much better about what was going on with my son. I have been to different NextCare locations and I recommend this one by far!

I’ve been here 3 times now and I highly recommend this place. There’s sometimes a long wait but that’s to be expected at an urgent care, and the wait is more than made up for by how nice and accommodating the receptionists and nurses are. Same goes for the dr’s, and they also listen really well. I always come out feeling like I got to voice all my concerns and they take time to explain everything to me, which is more than I can say for all the primary care physicians I’ve found in this town ha. I’m a fan 👍🏼

All staff checkin and triage staff was very friendly efficient and professional. Loved the online checkin option. Follows protocols to keep sanitary. A little dissapointed that all the walkins were able to walk in and out before us with an appointment. Would have preferred the physician to address the original reason for visit but was distracted by another issue she found so left with questions on stomache pains and arm discomfort unanswered. Told her my son was picky and had a bad gag reflex and she prescribed pills for him to swallow after we left when theres plenty of other liquid antibiotics but I guess he will have to toughen this one out.

Facility was clean, staff was professional and courteous. Copay is a little pricey

The front desk staff is very polite and efficient, both things you want when you arent feeling your best. The doctor listened to my concerns and asked questions and didnt make me feel rushed through the visit. It is a great urgent care facility and the ability to hold a spot on the list by signing up online makes the process that much easier.

Great service and care. A really top notch clinic. Highly recommend. I cant believe some of the bad reviews. My experience was the exact opposite. Everyone from check in, though the terrific PA that I saw (Flanagan) to the xray technician and nurses were extremely professional and caring. One of the very best Urgent Cares that Ive ever been to. Dont let these 1 stars scare you away.

I didn’t have an appt but they got me in. Other people who showed up later were not as lucky. They were referred elsewhere. I had lost my voice due to what turned out to be strep throat and my hands were shaking badly due to chills. It was about a 2 1/2 hour wait. I wrote down the background and relevant info. Dr did not look at it much and kept in asking me questions the answers of which were on the paper. She decided I had strep throat and prescribed antibiotic. I am starting to recover. Despite the hassle, this facility provides a very valuable service and I’m grateful for them.

Thank you for getting me in quickly. Your staff is competent and helpful. My family and I are always able to get excellent care here with minimal waiting.

Im a senior citizen and a disabled veteran. I have an appointment at 10am I get there early and nobody was waiting, great. Immediately checked in and take to a room to wait for a health care professional. I waited for 1 hour 15 minutes and no one came. I left. Why get an appointment. I guess thats why the VA sent me.

I made an appointment. Easy in. Easy out. Obtained needed service with a smile.

PA Daniel is absolutely awful. We waited over 1.5 hours in the room to be seen. When I requested my medical records to be sent to me I got them the next day and there were medications incorrectly documented, my reason for coming in was wrong as well as multiple issues with things I didn’t say being documented as well as things I did say not being documented. When I spoke with him to discuss the issues and told him my concerns he ended the conversation by telling me he’s the only person who can fix it and he’s not and hung up on me. Complete disgust with this “professional”The facility was nice I’ve been there before. The nurses are great and helpful but I will never be seeing this provider again.Also overheard this provider talking to a patient how another provider they saw was doin all the wrong things and how he “would have never done that” and talking poorly about another medical professional.

Dont have a primary care at the moment and needed to be seen quickly. Staff was so incredibly kind and helpful, I was seen quickly and they took our obscure insurance..massive miracle! Very clean facility, made me feel safe and secure being seen here!

Omg. Go to literally any other urgent care you can. 4.5 hours waiting in the waiting room, another hour in the exam room for the provider to take 30 seconds looking at me, and was VERY rude. Also, over heard while in the exam room - the staff were in their inner office and said (about another patient) : “Well, if she really cared about her baby, she would have taken him to the ER.”Everyone deserves a modicum of respect. Do better. This is absolutely unacceptable.

The provider was so unprofessional, she was taking bad about the patient next room to me, no only that but she told me what was my condition and that my sickness needed to just run it’s course, no meds. 3 days later I ended in the Hospital dehydrated and so weak, they gave me an Imodium pill, 2 litters of IV potassium. Imodium, the pill that she said not to take. $250 co-pay for ER $35 co-pay for Urgent care vs. $1.00 pill at my house, missed work and miserable for few daysReceptionist and Néli where amazing.

They got me in quickly (had to fill out paperwork) two different times last week and both times the Nurse Practitioners who attended me were friendly, professional, thorough and provided outstanding informative service. They were not in a hurry to make sure I received the help I needed.

Front staff and nurses were extremely nice and helpful but the Dr I saw did absolutely nothing for me except offer to give me a urine test for infection which I had no symptoms for and told me to go to the ER if my condition worsened. Didnt know they dont do any lab test or xrays. Total waste of time and money

I was standing near the door waiting for them to open, and one of the employees was walking in and she snapped, We dont open til 8:00 !! . I just chuckled to myself, and said, Thats ok, I know how to tell time. . I guess she was not having a good day, or was extra stressed dealing with Covid.In any case, I went in and the girl at the desk was really nice. After filling out 3 pages of information, I gave it back to the nurse, and they called me in within a few minutes. The test itself wasnt bad at all, and they did a great job ! I would go back if I ever need to, these guys were great ...

Quick, easy, and painless DOT Med Card physical. Definitely recommend.

I looked at their check in time at 1:50. They had a 2:00 open. I showed up on time as this location is near my job. I was in and out within 25 minutes. The front desk staff was friendly. The nurse was friendly. The physician was also very friendly and empathetic with me. It was a great experience.

Felt like I got full service! Needed an x-ray which they had available on site and provided me a CD with the images that I could take to an orthopedic when I needed. Took a while to get in but the staff kept me updated on status and helped with the paperwork. If I ever need an urgent care again, I’ll be back.

I had an appointment for 2 pm today. When I arrived 15 minutes early as requested NO ONE was in the waiting room and I sat for 15 minutes. When I was called back I was asked some questions and did the normal height weight and blood pressure. I was then placed in a room where I SAT for 30 minutes. The app stated there were no patients waiting in the waiting room and no scheduled patients scheduled but there I sat for over 30 minutes while I heard talking and laughing coming from somewhere? It seems the people at this place think their time is more important than the patients! I will NEVER use this place, EVER!

The location was convenient, the online scheduling, paperwork, and check-in were easy to navigate and we didn’t have to wait long to be seen. I’m thankful they are open on Sundays as I was able to get my kiddo diagnosed with strep throat and treated without missing work on Monday.The only downside was my $100 co-pay, but that’s an insurance/American healthcare issue and not their fault.

. Girl at the front desk with the glasses (didnt get her name) seems like shes gotten out of the wrong side of the bed . She speaks to you very passive . Get better front desk help or a course on customer service... update : attempted to bring my son in at 630 pm(they close at 8pm) to be notified they dont have walk ins available. This is an urgent care ! So people have to schedule being sick to be seen here ?! Please go to abq er they are nicer and you dont have to plan your injury or illness .. this place should be closed down.

Very nice clean facility. Reception staff were very courteous and professional. Dr Candice was quite thorough, Very professional And courteous.My second visit was on 2/29/2020 due to hyperglycemia. I was checked by Dr. Scot. who also was quite professional and courteous.Overall a good experience and I can fully recommend.

Very very pleasant experience from the front intake ,to the triage with Roxanne , and then Daniel the PA . Will recommend and be back when needed.Thank you team !!!

Great staff! Everyone was so sweet and professional. I made an appointment online. Was there about 1 1/2 hours and that included X-rays. Definitely recommend.
