I’ve been to this place more than a few times, the staff is amazing and so are the doctors. Also they help you with any medical issues. They are very dedicated. If you don’t have health insurance this place is extremely reasonable. Highly recommended 😊

I don’t have insurance so I had to pay out of pocket but it was very affordable( not saying you shouldn’t have insurance, but I paid less for this appointment than by paying a month of insurance)

Friendly staff, short wait times, attentive nurses and doctors, and affordable fees.It seems most of the staff and all the doctors Ive seen are bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.I sought them out for their affordable pricing when I lost my insurance, and Ive been using them as my primary physician for a couple years now. Ive been very satisfied with the level of care here, and I dont plan on changing doctors any time soon, even though I have insurance now. Even out of network their prices are competitive with my copay.This clinic is great!

Excellent service. They serve by appointment and without an appointment. I took my son almost as an emergency and they treated him immediately and with very good results. My son suffers from excema and allergies and on two occasions he became very ill due to allergies. There was no appointment with his pediatrician on the same day and here he had the care and attention he needed instantly and at a very affordable cost. Ive been to that clinic before. At first I was happy with the deal. But today, I called to make a consultation and the lady at the front who answered did not want to schedule an appointment. He said they didnt take my insurance when he didnt even check it. The first time I went she told me yes they took it and now this lady tells me no. Then he called again to schedule the appointment and I told him that I would pay out of pocket. He told me no, that I should go with someone to take my insurance. Nothing professional was done to me. He kept denying me the appointment.

When I had health insurance they also made sure that my insurance covered the expenses. If I didnt cover it, they always let me know before starting the process or laboratory exam. If you want good care DO NOT COME TO THIS CLINIC. I brought my 93-year-old grandmother who had a stomach ache, they made us wait more than 30 minutes in the room to be treated and when the doctor came in, she was not professional, she treated us as if we couldnt pay for anything, she spoke loudly to her to my grandmother and I had to repeat the treatment my grandmother was undergoing several times because she wasnt paying attention, she had the phone ringing in her robe pocket. ZERO professionalism. The nurses are attentive but the Dr is NOT. If I could give them -10 stars I would.A huge difference with the Katy office where the Dr and her team are professional and very attentive.
