I recently visited AFC Urgent Care and was genuinely impressed with the exceptional care I received. From the moment I walked in, the team of professionals went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and overall wellness. I especially want to commend the ladies who assisted me throughout my visit. They were not only kind and attentive but also incredibly professional and compassionate.Their genuine concern for my needs and their ability to maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere truly made all the difference. Each step of the process, from check in to treatment, was handled with remarkable efficiency and care. I left feeling reassured and deeply appreciative of the outstanding service.If you are seeking quality care from a team that genuinely values its patients, I wholeheartedly recommend AFC Urgent Care.

I came in to a spotless office, approached the Receptionist, who had a beautiful smile and greeting, we chatted while giving my information.  I sat down and someone else came in, within 5-7 mins they called me back, again greeted by a very friendly nurse weighed in and sat in a very clean room.  The very pleasant nurse took my vitals with a pleasant conversation.  She said the NP would be in shortly and he was … all in all I was out in about 1/2 hr.  The NP was super pleasant explaining the results Of the test and diagnosis, got my paperwork and said if I wasn’t better in a few day to come back.It was a very pleasant experience as it ALWAYS has been.  I’ve been here probably 4 or 5xs now and it’s always been a speedy pleasant experience!!! The staff are very knowledgeable and confident is what I also just love!!  Unlike going somewhere else where I’m not comfortable!!  I HIGHLY recommend AFC, DALTON

I had a great visit! The staff was fantastic! My provider was Jonathan, and he was very caring and professional. It was such a refreshing change compared to other urgent care visits. I would definitely recommend to others and would revisit again if needed.

It was so easy to schedule an appointment online. Wait time was just a few minutes. I was in & out in less than 40 minutes. The place was immaculate. Everyone was so attentive and helpful. I will definitely be back next time I’m feeling under the weather. Highly recommended!

Best urgent care in the area. I was treated quickly and with professionalism and care. We drove 40m to this location as it was the only place showing in-network for UHC. So glad we made the trek. The other urgent care we tried in Chattanooga took 4 hours. We were in and out of this place within 30m and every single staff member we interacted with was kind, accommodating, and truly made us feel cared for. Highly recommend.

Can not speak more highly of this urgent care. As a mom of three, and kids that always get sick on weekends, this place was open and got her in immediately. They worked to find my daughter’s issues and immediately treated. In and out within an hour and the staff was phenomenal. So grateful to have this place in dalton. 10/10 would recommend especially when the last ER visit we had at Hamilton took over 6 hours. Much better option and honestly the doctors seem a million times more knowledgeable

I found myself incredibly sick last week, and this was one of the closest places to me. I was very skeptical because I had been to one previously (many years ago) and didn’t have a very good experience.When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was how well kept the outside of the building was, and the lobby was spotless too. It was super clean. The receptionist greeted me and had such a positive attitude. I informed her I had a fever and asked for a mask, so she gave me one. She answered my questions I had about checking in. Once I finished checking in I was called back in just a few minutes. Everyone I encountered here from the receptionist to the nurse, and the doctor were incredibly patient and kind. My fever brain was not helping answer questions too well, but they all were understanding. I was diagnosed and received care in a timely manner. I was legitimately so sick it was scaring me, but the treatment I received here was truly one of the best experiences with medical care I’ve ever had. They even called and checked on me a few days later which was surprising. It means a lot. I want to say thank you to all the hard working people I encountered here. If I ever need to see a doctor again, I will be going back here. As a person who has not always been welcomed or treated nicely in environments like this, it’s relieving to know I can come here and receive the care I need. Thank you!! I would give 10 stars if I could, even with getting two shots in my hips!

This was my first time here. Office from stepping in front door to leaving was very clean. The personal all were so friendly and welcoming. They had me in & out very quickly. This included chest X-ray, tested for flu and Covid. Also had a breathing treatment and got shots. I’m not sick often but now I know when my Doctors office is closed . I can depend on this place. I highly recommend.

The staff was attentive and kind. The best experience by far I’ve had at and AFC. The receptionist was very sweet! The doctor was attentive and listened . Which for me I feel like is normally a hit or miss. Everything was clean and I was walked back within 10 minutes.

The nicest people in the medical field I have ever met. Clean professional prompt and kind. I wish they had a primary care facility because I would definitely put my family in their care.

My mom has been visiting with me for a few weeks and wasnt feeling well. I took her to AFC and was impressed from the minute I walked in. The place was clean and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. My mom has Alzheimers and my sister is her primary care giver and lives 8 hours away. When I didnt have the info needed, they were patient while I contacted my sister for the information. They went out of their way to help get my mom to the exam room and back out to my car. I came in contact with 4 people/employees while there, all were very helpful and pleasant. I couldnt find one negative thing to say about my experience if I tried!!!

The lady with short dark hair at the front desk was super nice and found out that I had been over charged for a previous visit and got me a refund. This is the second time that I had seen the provider named Jonathan. He’s always really nice, efficient, and thorough. I hope he stays at this clinic for a long time. This clinic is also always very clean and the wait time is short. I will go out of my way to go to this specific urgent care.

I had a great experience at AFC Clinic. The staff is friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome. Provider Jackson was exceptional—very caring and went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. This urgent care is far better than Hamilton Urgent Care and most others in the area. I will definitely be coming here for all my urgent care needs.

Greeted with a smiling and caring first impression. She was very kind and helpful. Just what you need when you are sick. The Doctor was thorough on my treatment, and informative on my condition. I plan on making this group my go to place for urgent care.

I showed up LAST MINUTE and they got me back to the room in less than a minute and Lacey/provider and her two nurses we’re just ready for me! They took VERY well care of me. I was basically in and out, but they took their time with me. I really appreciate them doing all that for me. They are amazing and TOTALLY recommend!!

I had an excellent experience with this urgent care office. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The MOA and NP were very friendly and made me feel comfortable about sharing information. They really listened to my questions and concerns.Overall, the office was clean, welcoming, and efficient. All of my questions were answered.I highly recommend this urgent care facility.

I went in this afternoon w/ burning g in my lungs & upper bronical, the young lady I saw was great, she listened & done x-rays, I am more comfortable w/ them at afc than I am w/ my primary doctor. I would highly recommend them

I went to this Clinic for the first time today and I loved it! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Jonathan Jackson was very friendly and thorough. He knew exactly how to treat my symptoms. The Clinic was very clean and check- in was very easy and organized. I had a wonderful experience and I definitely recommend this Clinic.

My AFC Urgent Care visit was really great. The nurses were really great and caring. Not much of a wait time. Fast check in time and the doctor was attentive to my needs.A very good experience.

Very friendly staff. Was greeted with a smile from the receptionist. The nurse explained everything she was going to do. The test results was back within 15 minutes. Would definitely go back again and recommend to family and friends.

AFC in Dalton is my go to medical team when I have an immediate problem. I have been a number of times since opening in our area. They don’t waste any time and are very friendly & professional. Love having someplace nice & clean especially on the weekends.

I was seen immediately as I walked in. Greeted with care, professionalism & passion by the staff nurse & the Dr. came out from the back to talk to me initially. I was new in town and had not found a doctor yet but became very sick and went in to the clinic midday. I was so impressed with how friendly courteous and helpful the office staff were and even more impressed with the nurses and the doctor. That incredibly professional and caring. I will definitely be back.

This has been my go to place when i’m sick or have anything wrong and they have not failed me once! When i get blood work done everyone always struggle bc I just have really small veins. I let the Natalie there know and she was the first to ever get it on the first try! They also are really fast you’re in and out in no time. Really do recommend

I scheduled a DOT physical by phone. The person was very polite and professional. She answered all my questions with ease and was very knowledgeable. Check-in was very easy also. I did have a weekend appointment. But the wait was not very long. I had about 2 other people ahead of me. The medical staff were very polite knowledgeable and had great bedside manner.I would recommend this provider.

I woke up at 3:00 a.m this morning having severe ear ache, was able to book an appointment that same morning but at 8:30. I was greeted by a friendly lady up front and communicated so well. I was in and out within thirty minutes. The provider was so nice and sweet too. I was a self pay with no insurance and the lady up front took the time to help give me a more cheaper price for my medication by using an RX card. LOVED EVERYONE HERE!

I have gone to AFC several times since their opening. Their medical assistants and doctors have seen my son, 3 years old, and I both. Everyone is friendly and the wait is usually very reasonable. They were also very sweet too reward my son for doing everything they asked without complaint or fight.

I hit my head on the corner of a cabinet. Had to get 2 staples to close the wound and a tetanus shot. Wait time was minimal, and the my care was outstanding. I certainly highly recommend this clinic without reservation.

Natalie was the best nurse today. I was very sick and she was very informative and reassuring they would be able to provide some relief. I will most definitely recommend AFC if you can’t get an appointment with your doctor.

I love this urgent care. You can make an appointment online and I have never had a long wait time. Staff and doctors are friendly, explain everything well, and prescriptions are sent to pharmacy quickly.

A family member recently went to AFC in Dalton and was treated with respect and patience. This facility has very nice and professional employees and the treatment is outstanding. I highly recommend.

Weve been here several times, and each time we had a great experience. The wait is short, the staff is friendly, and the nurse practitioners provide good care.We went here once for my daughter and another time for me. (They see kids, which is convenient.)You can also register online ahead of time using their Solv tool, so you dont have to complete all the paperwork in the office.

Clean facility, very friendly staff and friendly doctor. Got me in and out as quickly as possible. Like that they had a TV in the room and accepted my health insurance. Will definitely be coming here for my urgent care needs again.

It was Friday morning and my doctors office was closed. I had an infected leg from squamous cell surgery so I went to Urgent Care. The receiving nurse was great. She was careful with all of my information. The doctor was excellent. He knew just what to do to treat my wound. I felt much better when I left. I will see my regular physician on Monday.

Quick Easy Scheduling, Quick Check-in, The Doctor Met Me At Check-In Asked What I Was Allergic To, Asked If I Had Migraine’s Before Told Me What Medicine He Would Use To Treat It, If I Had A Driver, And What He Would Use If I Didn’t Have A Driver, But I Had A Driver So He Ordered Everything Before I Was Triaged, I Was Called Back Like Not Even 5 Minutes After Checking In, Was Triaged Then The Doctor Came In Literally 2 Seconds After Triage, Explained Why My Neck And Between My Shoulder Blade’s Would Be Hurting With The Migraine, He Walked Out An The Nurse With My Shots Came In Literally As He Walked Out, Gave Me The Shot’s, Walked Out An The Doctor Came In Right After She Left Gave Me My Paper Work Told Me To Go Home And Rest, An He Hoped I Felt Better Soon. Overall The Staff Was Extremely Amazing And Sweet, I Have Never Dealt With Anyone As Nice As The Satff At AFC. Highly Recommend Walk In Clinic. I Was There Probably 20 Minutes Top In General. They Are Quick, Sweet, Nice, Caring, And In General Amazing!~Ashley~

Today I visited AFC due to a exceedingly painful ear ache. Jonathan Jackson NP treated me. He was very informative about the medication and what to expect. I will return if I am unable to see my regular doctor.

My office vist yesterday 10/25/24 they were awsome did not have to wait long every one was friendly and nice n they took good care of me i was in and out really fast love them

I could tell my mom loved it her despite her being in pain. And Dr. Johnathan was absorbing to my moms pain. He recommended some things and said for her to follow-up if there was still issues and spoke on the next steps he would take for her needs of getting better. Thank you AFC. This was the most efficient visit with a doctor’s office ever. The staff was pleasant and addressed our concerns so quickly and thoroughly. Also, it was 7p so the pediatrician’s office was closed and I couldn’t be more thankful for the late hours!

SIDE NOTE: I arrived at clinic 10 minutes before they closed and they were still happy to see me!! I had gone to another clinic down the road and they told me they were closing and to go somewhere else. AFC and staff took me in and treated me with no complaints. They were helpful, friendly and very accommodating and they followed up with me a week later to make sure I was okay. I was extremely pleased with the service and care I received at AFC tonight at my recheck and last weekend when I first came to the clinic. I definitely recommend this center!!

The young lady at the desk greeted us with a big smile and hello. Registration was fast and easy. Wait was not long. The medical assistants were friendly and efficient. The PA was very helpful in getting what I needed after 4 weeks of having systems of bronchitis.

Natalie and Jonathon were very sweet and made me feel as comfortable as possible during a very uncomfortable procedure!

Awesome experience! Fast efficient and Friendly!! Sarah. PA was very thorough and knowledgeable, explaining each medication with side effects. Nurse Natalie was super in giving me a shot and giving advice on best results needed to heal poison ivy.

Check in online made it smooth. Didnt have to wait too long to get taken care of. The staff was very nice. Natilie was very nice to my daughter she gave her “the best patient of the day award”. Definitely recommend this place to go to when you got an urgent thing going on. I’ve been 2-3 times and all those times they have done such a great job.

I came in for an ear treatment. It didn’t take long for me to be seen. I was advised to sign in, and fill out the information needed online. Then they got me into triage with Melissa. From then on it was a fast to the point precise consultation from Sarah (FNP), and was also helped by Melissa with what I needed on this day. Suffice to say I was relieved at the end of the treatment - Thanks Melissa! The actual waiting, and be seen didn’t take long at all. It was my stubborn ear that took a little longer. In all I would say a total of 35 minutes it took from the literal moment I stepped in the clinic to the moment I came out. I highly, highly recommend it. The 3 ladies in the clinic were highly friendly and professional. Then treat yourself next door!

Who wants to see someone at 7:15 on a Friday evening when you close shortly? The dream team (Hannah, Lacy and Natalie) were so kind and responsive. They took their time and did not rush through my visit. Best visit I have ever had at an urgent care. I will NOT go anywhere else! Other urgent care clinics need to take lessons. Best of the best! AFC Urgent Care Dalton GA-I highly recommend! No wait time, simple new patient process, very clean environment, and had the most respectful staff. I will definitely be going back if need be. I went in for a specific illness, was tested, got rapid results and meds, and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. Overall great experience!!

The ladys there are so kind and sweet. Ive went a couple times and so has my 7 y.o. were always seen very quickly w/o an appt. Usually the 1st place I think to go whenever Im having some issues.

Went in early on a Saturday with a sinus infection, they got me back quickly, treated me and I was back out in under 45 minutes. NP Jackson was quick, thorough and efficient, glad AFC was there for a Saturday visit!

We were traveling and discovered our daughter had pink eye. Staff was attentive and so very kind. We were in and out in an hour. So thankful for their kindness and how quick they were!

Took a lot of hoops to get to be seen. Sign in at front office on tablet, then on phone more list then paper work for a sports physical!

Very nice facility. All staff members were friendly and professional. They do accept Shaw insurance. If you need a prescription they can send it electronically to Food City and you can go and pick it up. Highly recommend them.

The staff was great! Natilie was super nice, had cute earrings, and she deserves to get the Kate Spade watermelon purse with matching wallet!

Got in fast. Front desk ladies and nurse were very nice, and the provider was great. (Niki Kirby). This will be my place of choice for walk in clinic from now on. They actually called a couple days after my visit to see how I was feeling. Wow! AND ...THEY ARE OPEN ON WEEKENDS!

I went there with congestion, fever and an extremely high blood pressure. They tested for Covid and flu both were negative. This was on a Sunday afternoona, by Monday morning about 3 am I was taken to the emergency room and later that morning admitted to the hospital with pneumonia. Would not recommend them or ever go there again.

I had an awful rash itching was nightmare called dermatologist for appointment she said i had to get referral from my gp so called them she said i had to come for visit to get referral o ask when could i get appointment she said they were completely booked i could call back tuesday to see if any cancellation. well i found urgent got appointment right away the were amazing got right in got medicine and out. thanks urgent care. lh

AFC is the best care clinic Ive been too in many years they are quick, prompt and professional with the care of my son and myself 4/12/2024 Lacie and her nurse were just the best. I highly recommend AFC to anyone.

Just visited here and the staff was helpful and polite. The nurse practitioner ( I think his name was Johnathan Jackson?) was so kind and compassionate that I was brought to tears. I totally recommend this place.

Every time one of us has been to AFC, we’ve always left feeling some better just by the way you’re treated there. They seem concerned and willing to go the extra mile to give you answers and help you to feel better! I wish they were primary care doctors, because that’s where I would go every time I needed a doctor!!!

Be cautious going here. If you have a bowel problem and request a stool sample, theyll send the labs to a place that doesnt take BCBS and youll get billed nearly $1000. Also when I went there, I was in extreme pain to the point I was crying. They prescribed no pain meds, nothing for my gut issues, nothing at all. I was just told I was fine and sent on my way. I ended up in the ER shortly after with massive gut inflammation and even worse pain. They could have prevented all of this with antibiotics and anti inflammatories.

Had a great visit everyone was great and very helpful. highly recommend.

AFC Urgent Care is the place to go in Dalton! My husband cut his finger pretty badly. We pre-registered on-line, and when we got there, we went back to a room quickly. NP Kirby was phenomenal! She stitched him up quickly after cleaning and prepping the wound. The whole place was very clean, and the staff was great. Thanks to all for being there for us at this trying time, and being friendly and professional!

Even though it was a long wait to be seen Im glad we went there instead of the ER. Everybody needs to realize that everybody is catching the flu or still covid as well and dont get mad at the doctors at places that are still under staffed because they are also out with being sick. We are doing the best they can with the resources they have be patient

Update: I visited here again right after Thanksgiving to have daughter tested for strep. Again, everyone was so kind and willing to help. I opened the door, and to our surprise was a movie-like Christmas scene with music, fireplace, decorated tree and decorations in lobby. We both immediately made a sigh with brilliance. My daughter told me she felt better seeing this scene and said it was more than a Drs office, at least it felt that way.The kind lady at the desk was by herself but still helpful and friendly. I felt I was visiting a friend, not a Drs office. Although she was busy with several people checking in she still treated me and each person like we were the only one there, she gave me her undivided attention and I noticed this with the other people who asked her questions, as well. Shes always knowledgeable and is a natural at her job. I hope shes there anytime I come in for myself or family.I had to wait about 20 minutes before going to a room, but I am not surprised because people are hearing about this great place.Ive met both doctors and they both take time and are concerned about your illness.Thank you to AFC for bringing your business to Dalton. I have never experienced such a great experience every single time anywhere else.I first went here because my son brought home a discount for a sports physical, he plays football and needed one within 3 days. Our experience was better than good, I was impressed and I still tell others about it. I took my dad here when he hurt his finger, and again with my daughter and husband. This place deserves a 5 star!I would like to give a special THANKS to 2 women who work here because they both deserve 1,000stars. I dont know their names so hopefully my describing them helps get them the recognition they deserve. The first woman, probably in her late thirties, nicely manicured hands, wears make up, has pretty eyes and a radiant smile. She has welcomed me with a smile every time, always offers me and the other customers water, and asks howthe temperature is in the waiting area. Anytime I have questions she gladly answers.Shes super friendly and makes you feel welcomed by taking time and talking to you like a friend, not just business and that calms the nerves down of being at a doctors office. She helped my dad get signed in, was very patient with him, and her tone of voice and behavior shows how much she likes her job and helping people feel better.The second woman is in her early forties and always has her dark hair in a ponytail. She was our nurse a few times and took an xray of my dads finger. She kept us informed on everything and her softly spoken voice helped keep the nerves down. She too is very caring and good with people and in the right job.My dad said in 71years hed never been treated so kindly at a doctors office, even my kids look forward to going back.Afc in Dalton has two irreplaceable gems and I hope these 2 women always get recognition for it. The world needs more people like them. Thank you Afc for giving my family the utmost care.

I had a awesome experience. Nice to walk into a clinic and see people ready and willing to want to do their jobs. Real professional and I recommend AFC Urgent Care. Beautiful people with beautiful attitudes. Cant beat it.

Melissa was the most amazing x-ray tech and all of the ladies were very nice and friendly the facility is always clean I would highly recommend!

Very clean clinic with a friendly staff. Not too long of a wait for my visit, but Im sure there are days/times they are busier. They even gave me some friendly advice and products to use myself to prevent having to come in. I would for sure visit them again if needed.

We had to come here on a Sunday morning with my daughter having strep. The entire staff was great. Very fast and efficient. Will definitely come back if we need to.

Staff in Dalton is super nice and compassionate. Quick treatment and even called a few days later to check to make sure our son was feeling better.

Been here twice and both times fr the reception desk to the nurse to the doctor it was excellent. Quick in and out but they listen to what was wrong and gave me what I needed to fix issue. Definitely will go back. And open on the weekends !!! Thanks again ladies

The visit was a good experience. However the medicine isnt working and would not call in anything else without seeing me again. Not except able when you have Bronchitis with a touch of pneumonia, and having trouble breathing.

Absolutely love the clinic and staff.

If you need your DOT physical do not come here. Made my husband pay up front for the visit. Did the full exam, blood, vision, A1C, blood pressure, etc,etc. Then denied him getting his card till he brought paperwork from his primary doctor from the past three months. My husband has diabetes and does not go that often. They did not care. Since the exam was already done. Not one place has ever asked us to bring in past paperwork for him being diabetic. So unless you bring in your whole life story, dont even bother coming here. And no they did not give us the $100 back.

Clean fast freindly and they really check you run mutliple test and Gives you what you need to get better I wish was our primary care...
